The car was flawless but not the color I was looking for. Joyce Gold was my sales person. I made Joyce aware of my feelings and I was also looking at other vehicles. It did not deter Ms.Gold at all she remained a professional.I told her what type of vehicle I was looking for and the price range I needed to be in. At no time did she try to up sell me into another vehicle. Joyce was absolutely amazing. I placed a deposit on the CX9 which was refundable. I found and purchased the vehicle of my choice and color at my next stop. East Hills Chevrolet returned my deposit to me the next day in my hand no worries. I wish I could have purchased the car I wanted from Joyce Gold and East HIlls. Also I appreciated follow up calls from management thanking me for my visit even though I did not purchase from them. I have leased and bought many vehicles over the years both personally and for my small business and I have little patience for the B.S. tactics of many dealers. Fortunately, I didn't have any of that with the guys at East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston. They wanted my business, treated me with respect and worked with me on a great deal. This is my honest unsolicited opinion. Nice guys. I would highly recommend these two men if you're looking for a Chevy. More

DJ Kelly, sales manager proved to be a man of his word, when he delivered on all things agreed upon while negotiating the terms and conditions of the sale. Kenny Park, finance manager, was a great help too. Very friendly, and patient when explaining all the math and formulas for figuring out payments. He made everything easy to understand, and wasn't pushy at all. Each of my concerns were addressed. They went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I were completely satisfied with out purchase. More
