Finance dept failed to process paperwork correctly Marissa in finance not only signed my initials without my authorization for declining gap insurance, she failed to process my car registration properl Marissa in finance not only signed my initials without my authorization for declining gap insurance, she failed to process my car registration properly. Sending my car sticker registration to the dealership instead of to my home. Causing me great inconvience. I called the east hills Chevy dealership to get the registration sent to my house because it was not my fault she failed to add the registration fee on my bill of sale and I was transferred to Olga’s voicemail in financing. I never received a call back. So I decided to reach out to Ari the person who sold me the truck, who apologized for the inconvience and I have text message proof that he said they would mail the registration to me. He said “I will make sure it gets done”. It’s been two weeks. I reached out to Ari again today on 11/09/17 and now he is ignoring my text messages. I refused to be inconvienced for someone who failed to do their job properly. I was told my registration would be mailed to me and I expect them to keep their word. It’s next to impossible to reach anyone else who can help me with this. NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK! This is beyond unexceptable for a business to run this way. I bought a 2017 YukonXL not some $20,000 car. This dealership has yet to prove to me that it deserves my return business AND I EXPECT my registration to be mailed to me as my Other car registrations were mailed to me, TO MY HOME!!!! More
