I took the car for a test drive handle beautifully . Good power , excellent leg room sound system was my type of quality....the color a metallic black , just blinging beautiful. I have to say in conversing with Mr. Juan Nadal he really made up my mind right away ,i knew that this would be my next car.Mr Juan Nadal made it happen with his knowledge of the car his professionalism and very well mannered .. Anita was very professional, helpful and courteous. When we first visited the showroom, she promptly greeted us and showed us all the models. I originally thought I would lease and turn in my present car. After realizing the cost of leasing would not fit with my budget, Alex suggested an alternative for which I am very happy. He showed me several gently used cars (fleet) and I opted for a 2012 Impala. I was driving a 2004 Impala and loved it. I needed a car with a large trunk for a wheelchair. This was perfect and the price was right. I really appreciate the time and effort Alex spent with me and on the second visit I brought my husband. He was very kind to my husband, who has Parkinson's disease and did everything to make things easy for him. He brought the cars he thought might be of interest, right to the front door so my husband wouldn't have to walk. Alex showed me how to program Bluetooth. Something I had no knowledge of. And helped me program the On Star feature. There is so much to learn about a new car. I know that if I went back every week with another question Alex would take the time to answer my needs. I would like to add one more review of this dealership because I just had another experience after the first review. Once they were notified that I had submitted a negative review, after NOT CALLING ME O because I just had another experience after the first review. Once they were notified that I had submitted a negative review, after NOT CALLING ME ONCE when I sent an application for a vehicle (And I had called several times and spoken with David and Scott who told me they would call me back right away and never did). IMMEDIATELY I was called after submitting my review by Cat Rivera. Cat Rivera had emailed me after my application submission and had written in the email she would submit the application and call me later that night. Well, I never got a call back from her. I never spoke with the woman. But she called me after my review and blatantly lied to me saying that she did speak with me and that she had informed me that the vehicle I applied for had a deposit on it, and they never ran my credit. Funny thing is when I spoke with Scott he said my application was pending bank approval. Basically everyone was lying and she was calling me and lying to me probably to save face. Maybe the conversation was being recorded and she was adamant about insisting she had spoken with me. Whatever. Two horrible experiences with this company within 2 days time. Stress I didn't need. BEWARE!!!! More
