I came in to east hills not certain if i was going to purchase a vehicle or not. I was reluctant because of all the pressure I've gotten in the past from sales people just wanted to make a definite sale. purchase a vehicle or not. I really enjoyed my experience at East Hills and with Charles because there was no rush and he really tried to work with my budget. I also liked that there was no run around and everything was done fast Charles because there was no rush and he really tried to work with my budget. I also liked that there was no run around and everything was done fast and easy. I'm used to spending 5 to 6 hours at a dealership just for them to not work with my budget and try to put me in a car I don't want. Charles was very patient and he made sure I left there happy and I did. I love my Mazda 3 and will definitely return to him when I need a newer car. I will also recommend this dealership to people I know. More
