On 2 different occasions, she has taken the words "Exceptional Service" to the next level. In 2011, while vacationing in Florida, my car had an engine issue on a Sunday morning. I called Joyce in her Queens office. Not only did she direct me to the nearest service dealer, but arranged through the dealership in Florida to for me to obtain a rental car while my car was being repaired. Then, just this week, Joyce called me at home to notify me persoanally that Chevy had just announced a deal where my current leased car would be paid off and, as long as I could get to her dealership within four days. The next day, my lease was paid off, and I drove home in a brand new Chevy Cruze. I would recommend Joyce very highly to anyone and will never purchase a car anywhere else. More
