I came to your dealership due to Jeff Fagan. I have been an avid Boardwalk customer for years, but when I took my car there for service, the car was given back to me in an unsatisfactory manner. I bought my car in March of 2011 and I plan on buying my next car from the same dealership. Everybody there is so nice and it's always a pleasure when I am there, I get greeted by everybody and they do a wo next car from the same dealership. Jeff is the best service manager I have ever dealt with and I have had many many exceptional service is received just like today I make an exception. Jeff is the best service manager I have ever dealt with and I have had many many dealings, having owned fourteen cars in seventeen years! His service, manners, professionalism, quality of work, keeping me updated etc far exceeds anything else I have experienced elsewhere including at BMW and Europe. We were traveling from NY in a 2010 Jetta Sportwagen and the car developed a vibration at 75mph. I could see the belly pan cover was unattached toward the rear. I called at 7:00AM on Memorial Day and Rich the car developed a vibration at 75mph. I could see the belly pan cover was unattached toward the rear. I called at 7:00AM on Memorial Day and Richard cheerfully assured me that he could immediately put the car on a lift and diagnose the problem. Greeting me as we drove in at 7:45, he had the car lifted promptly, confirmed the diagnosis, offered expert other diagnostics and a free car wash, fixed the problem and we left the dealership at 8:05 for New York. We traveled 1000 miles on Monday and couldn't have done it without Richard's positive attitude and performance. This young man is an asset to your dealership. Thank you for such a positive experience. We have relatives in Dallas and hope to have the time for service and that car wash at some future time at your dealership. You made an lasting impression.
