I bought my car in March of 2011 and I plan on buying my next car from the same dealership. Everybody there is so nice and it's always a pleasure when I am there, I get greeted by everybody and they do a wo next car from the same dealership. We were traveling from NY in a 2010 Jetta Sportwagen and the car developed a vibration at 75mph. I could see the belly pan cover was unattached toward the rear. I called at 7:00AM on Memorial Day and Richard cheerfully assured me that he could immediately put the car on a lift and diagnose the problem. Greeting me as we drove in at 7:45, he had the car lifted promptly, confirmed the diagnosis, offered expert other diagnostics and a free car wash, fixed the problem and we left the dealership at 8:05 for New York. We traveled 1000 miles on Monday and couldn't have done it without Richard's positive attitude and performance. This young man is an asset to your dealership.
