Great Customer Service I took my 2015 GTI to receive its first alignment at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen and as usual received great customer service. This time in particular, Ar I took my 2015 GTI to receive its first alignment at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen and as usual received great customer service. This time in particular, Arron Allison, deserves my recognition for her help. She keep me updated on the status of my car while I waited in the lobby for the alignment to complete and even took me into the shop to check on my car and meet one on one with the mechanic to discuss areas of concerns. Buying my new GTI at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen was a great experience, and now servicing my car continues to be the same. Again, my appreciation goes out Arron Allison, and her service team for a great job. Thanks More

Always Excellent I am always impressed by the entire service department. I am greeted by friendly staff and kept informed of the progress of the service on my vehicle. If I do not have discount coupons with me, they are applied anyway, without question. Scheduled Maintenance I really appreciate Aaron Allison taking care of my service call. She was friendly, knowledgable, and definitely helpful. I appreciate how Aaron made me feel comfortable with the 80,000 mile service and explained everything in detail. I have dealt with two different service consultants previously at Rusty Wallis and they were also very nice. I just felt more connected dealing with her about my car. I plan to take my car back to Aaron for every visit. I just hit 100,000 on the car and I do plan to go for another 100,000 at least. The day shuttle driver, Jim, is very polite and always dependable. I have found the cashiers to be very friendly and helpful with all of my questions also. The dealer is always clean and the waiting room is very comfortable. More
