misleading; bait and switch. False! Next I brought my car in for an engine check light that I had already had been diagnose at auto zone that required a $ 18.00 part. VW/Rusty Wallis service presented me with a diagnoses of $ 3440.00. When I question the service tech about this gross difference I was repeatedly sworn at for my questioning the cost. The profanity was overhead by several service managers who were present. I walked away when I was told to get the f*** out of there. Well to top this off the service manager then tried to get me to agree to letting them do the repair after this deeply disturbing insult. When I told her to bring my car down; that I would not pay for the suggested repair she charge me $120.00 for their labor of insults and bad behavior. More

Service performed was not thorough enough to find the actual true problem. Service tech. and advisor decided it was a 4k repair problem. Took my care to another specialty shop. They listen to me, and repaired my care for under 250.00. No more CEL for my VW. I'm so glad I did not spend 4,000.00 at Rusty W. on their guesses. More
Awful Experience RWVhad my car for 3 1/2 months, told me $7500 for repairs, (I am not sure really what happened with my car, as they lie so much their reasoning sound RWVhad my car for 3 1/2 months, told me $7500 for repairs, (I am not sure really what happened with my car, as they lie so much their reasoning sounds like bs. Some kind of a coolant problem that VW had a couple of years ago) said they would work on lowering, they did to $4500. Finally after 3 1/2 months I called and ask if they had started, answer was no, I ask them if they were still interested in buying my car, still needing repaired, they answer yes. I ran all over town to get title had an appraisal in hand, Mr. Scott shook my hand, looked me in the eye and said he would honor the deal, came back next day and they decided they did not want to do deal. Ask again about repairing car, I am now being told $3200.00, it would be ready in 4 days, it took another week and a half. Brian's reason for not having it ready...He had other cars ahead of mine, really after 3 1/2 months. Told me car was ready they were cleaning it up, went to pick up car and the car was full of leaves under the hood, in trunk and inside of car and bird poo all over outside. Brian in service department is a liar. They did provide me a car to drive butythey said in hopes of me buying one of their vehicles, but since I did not they would not honor buying my car. I was never told that I had to buy a car from them in order for them to buy my car. Again Brian in Service Depart is a habitual liar. Buyer Beware. More

I was told that the VIN did not qualify for the recall even though my vehicle pinged on all the items listed on the recall. Rather than offering any accommodations for my quandary the service rep. Team Lead instead offered for me to purchase another vehicle! WHY would I purchase another vehicle from VW when I had just had multiple recalls done?! Not only that, but I was refused any assistance with the converter box/anti-theft issue & instead was told about other maintenance issues costing up to $2,000, cost including an oil change! I was later told, in an email response to my inquiry that I could come in for a diagnostic test, but that repair costs would be my responsibility. This experience at this VW Dealer reiterated the disdain I have for VW as a company; from the shoddy manufacturing done in Mexico, all the way to the top with the crooked executives. I am very dissatisfied and cannot wait to get rid of this vehicle! More

SiriusXM traffic service issue Fixed! Aaron Cortinas and the service department team at Rusty Wallis VW did an excellent job in solving my SiriusXM traffic alerts issue in my ’16 VW CC. I Aaron Cortinas and the service department team at Rusty Wallis VW did an excellent job in solving my SiriusXM traffic alerts issue in my ’16 VW CC. I purchased a new ’16 VW CC back in January 2016; when I drove off the lot everything was working fine with all the available SiriusXM services: radio, travel link and traffic. A few days after buying the car; I added the car’s radio to my SiriusXM account; as soon as the radio was added to my SiriusXM account; the traffic services stopped working. I called SiriusXM support several times; all their support personal could do was send refresh signals which didn’t fix the problem; they eventually said I would need to take the car back to the dealer for them to check the traffic module. I took my car back to the dealer where I met Aaron Cortinas; he was very helpful and responsive to my concerns about the traffic service not working. Aaron and his team performed all the necessary troubleshooting steps: updated the radio’s firmware and verified all the radio’s hardware components were working properly. Aaron diligently worked with SiriusXM’s top tier support personal and district managers to solve the issue of the traffic services not working. Aaron and the service department team at Rusty Wallis VW provided excellent and responsive service and kept me informed on the progress of the resolution to the traffic alerts issue. More
Service people nice; Sales side not so great! I have a 2010 VW CC that I bought 2 years ago (2013) as a CPO with 29,000 miles on it. One would think there should not be any issues with the car si I have a 2010 VW CC that I bought 2 years ago (2013) as a CPO with 29,000 miles on it. One would think there should not be any issues with the car since it has low milage and it is CPO. Not the case. First let's start with the issue with the finance manager. Tim started the paperwork and put initial registration fees in for Texas when I wanted to just transfer plates over my old Passat. Then on the paperwork charged me SC fees too, thus overcharging me by 1300 dollars. "You will get a check in the mail," he said. Now I'm paying interest on an extra 1300 dollars, when he could have just redid the paperwork and made it right. As for the car, now, New Years weekend, it will be the shop for 4th time in 2 years. In the shop for the fourth time for mechanical issues, not regular maintenance. The first time, 3 months after having the vehicle, it went into the shop because I hose was not attached properly. The 2nd time the ignition coil failed. The 3rd time because, again, the ignition coils failed. Now the 4th time because mechatronics transmission has failed. When I took it to Rusty Wallis on the 3rd time, Jeff Wallis, did not acknowledge as serious problem with the multiple times it had to be in the shop or the finance manager's failure at correcting my paperwork when he needed to; he tried to get me to sign paperwork for a leased vehicle below the vehicle I was already in! I will never do business with them again. More
Aaron Allison is the BEST! She somehow always remembers your name, is up front on what your service charges will be and how long it will take, works hard for you if any warranty repairs are needed and makes you feel at ease when having your vehicle serviced. I also love how she makes you not feel like just an average person and more like someone special. More
