I bought a car from this dealership and for the fitst three weeks I have had a loaner car for two,they have been dishonest about how they were trying to take care of the problem, told me that I should ed three weeks I have had a loaner car for two,they have been dishonest about how they were trying to take care of the problem, told me that I should edpect my vw to rattle, squeak and squeal. My car has sat at their dealership with no attention from anyone (their words) When I suggested that I call vw to complain Russ the GM stated " Go right ahead, they can not do anything, no discipline will take place, your wasting your time" This dealerships web site has a definition of Integrity on it, they have not learned what the word means. This dealership has shown me that the sterotype of the "dis-honest" car sales man is true and they have truly acted in a way that once I bought the car they do not care anymore. DO NOT be fooled by the sales pitch they offer it is a lie. Like I said I was told more than once how my car was getting the best attention possible, Their own service manager ( I had to contact them, they did not contact me about the status of my car) called me and stated that my car had just been sitting and he did not even know it was in for repair. If I failed to mention that I had the car for 6 days and it was in the shop, after a week I had it for 2 more days and it was back in the shop, and I was told by one of the sales managers " well it has not left your stranded yet" Makes me feel great after just buying the car. I purchased my car from Rusty Wallis, and I have to say, overall, I've had a good experience. The Service Advisor, D'mitriy Finkler, is very nice & always helpful.
