Overall I was very satisfied with this experience. Scott seemed straightforward. Other dealers clearly just wanted to get me in the door to sell me what they had but Scott was upfront about exactly which of my criteria he could match and which he couldn't. He did promise Bluetooth software upgrade since the car had a phone button on the steering wheel (other dealers tried to sell me add'l bluetooth installation) so I'm curious whether that will come to fruition. One small suggestion-- no one ever mentioned the need to wait for the glow plug light to go off before starting the engine so for the first week that I owned the Jetta I didn't do that. This should be part of the new car orientation/checklist for diesels. I would definitely (and have) recommend(ed) this dealership and we will go to Rusty Wallis Honda later this year to look at Hondas. More

I had done research on VW's GTI and decided to test my luck with Illia (one of the sales team member). Illia, was very knowledgable and helpful. He even gave me a good deal on my trade in. I felt very comfortable around Illia. Didn't feel pressured to make a sale. In the end, I am very satisfied with my new red GTI and would recommend anyone who is interested in a new car to look at VW's. More
