I had been looking for a very specific car and just thought I'd pop in to the local dealership, not expecting to locate the model/features that I wanted. Lo and behold, they had *just* received one that morning that fit the bill! Bobby immediately took me for a test ride, explained a lot of the features and scheduled the prep work *for 9:00 am* the *next* morning (this was a Friday afternoon). When I showed up at 9:00, there it was, clean-as-a-whistle and ready to roll. Bobby is very kind and patient and he took time to make sure I understood everything. When he couldn't answer one question, he immediately hunted down another person to answer the question. They set up my cell phone with Bluetooth and even had me test it right in the parking lot. The finance guy (Scott) was really great, too. I had one set of financing, but he found an even better set and explained all the options. They introduced me to both the Service Dept and the Parts Dept and you just feel like you're joining their little family. I really couldn't be happier with Rusty Wallis VW - it was a total coincidence that I ended up buying my Jetta there, but I'm totally happy that I did! It may not be the biggest dealership in the area, but their personal service can't be beat. More

First off i just want to say what poor attention to detail you dealership has when it comes to servicing a client . When purchasing the vehicle i was after , i was told that that power steering pump h detail you dealership has when it comes to servicing a client . When purchasing the vehicle i was after , i was told that that power steering pump had been replaced and that a the right frotn axle boot had been replaced prior to purchase . Afer driving the vehicle about 2 days i noticed a burning smell coming from under hood , come to find out there is a power steering leak . I promptly asked Anthony to have it fixed because obviously whomever had replaced powersteering pump may have done a poor job . Well i also noticed that the right front inner axle boot was torn , it didn't even look like it had been replaced . I asked Anthony to have the service records of what exactly had been done to vehicle while it was under the pre-owned dept. , from that point forward he didn't even mention the service record , he just tried to get me out of there office as soon as possible while telling me that leak had been fixed and boot had been repaired . I really do hope that your these was a one time incident , because if that is the way you treat your clientel , i really don't don' see your service dept. having much success! All i want is to have vehicle fixed to the standards from which i was told the vehicle was in ! If this type of service persist i will not recommend at all your delaership ! More

I started looking for a new car just a couple of weeks before I sent a request through the Rusty Wallis website and within an hour, Scott had replied. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a new Jetta and they had one available. I travel all the time for work so it took a few days till I could get there but he made himself available for my visit and test drive. The whole purchase process was extremely smooth and quite painless! They were able to get me better financing than my credit union so the deal was done in just about 3 hours after I got there. I very important factor considering my schedule. I'm looking forward to taking my car there for service when needed as I feel confident the entire dealership runs just as well as the sales department. The Jetta has been running great and with the diesel, it's fuel mileage is superb. I'm still finding new things to play with inside the car and figuring out the controls but it's met all my expectation so far and look forward to many years of ownership. Jason Daniel helped us with the financing and within a few hours we were ready to go! Ilia noticed some minor chipping of the paint on the hood, when he found this he immediately booked us a 2010 Routan for a loaner and scheduled my Routan to get painted the next business day. The negotiation process was quick and I was offered a fair price for my trade. The finance dept. was good as well. They did not beat me up with dealer add ons. I was in and out in a few minuties. I emailed earlier in the week requesting a Credit Union quote and received on from Anthony the next day. We exchanged a couple of other emails and phone calls and agree I would come in on Saturday. I was met coming in the door by someone who asked who I needed to see and took me right to Anthony Reyna. I was impressed by the openness of the space achieved with lot of glass both outside windows and office partitions. This seemed to be mirrored in the openness of the people I dealt with. The car (GTI) was shown to me in detail with time for lots of questions and answers and then Anthony and I went for a leisurely test drive while my car was appraised. When we got back, the appraisal was done and we readily agreed on a deal and Jason Daniel got the paperwork rolling for financing. I was presented with options for service plans, extended warranties, etc. but was not pressured in the least. Overall, it was a refreshing car buying experience and I have bought several new cars of different makes at different dealerships (10 since 1981). I can't comment on service because I just got the car but I'll be back on this site with updates. More

I shot an email Monday night March 1st around 11:30 pm. I did this in hopes that I would have a contact so I could visit early Tuesday March 2nd. Scott mentioned that I should go in and ask for Ilia Pauloo, his business associate in the internet division. As I walked into the building Ilia Pauloo was already walking towards me to introduce himself. As Ilia and I sat down he simply asked me what I was looking for and what I was trying to accomplish. I had built a car the night before on Volkswagon's website so I had an idea of where I wanted to be on price and with which vehicle. The refreshing aspect of my whole buying experience was that Ilia presented me with the facts through an approach that encompassed ZERO pressure. I never once felt like he was trying to up sell me. To be honest with you Ilia actually seemed extremely pleased when I went with the Golf over a new CC. Needless to say I was in and out with a brand new car in 3 hours!
