Afterlooking at all the other North Texas VW dealerships, Ilia and the Rusty Wallis group far surpassed the others in all categories. Didn't meet a pressure sale and was very knowledgeable. Ilia Pauloo was just super! I purchased a 2006 Toyota Tacoma and then a few days later my wife purchased a 2010 Routan from him. We were very comfortable with Ilia. I have waited to make this review to see if they would come through but haven't. I have had my car over a month and it has gotten worse. I am still waiting to get my windows tinted. Then I have called up there after receiving an e-mail from Joe Haywood saying I needed my 30 day check up and he acted like I was from out of space and did not know what I was talking about. I was then transferred to service. No one answered I was sent back to Joe then sent back to service, still no answer and got a voicemail. I left a message for a call back to set up an appointment for this service and it has been 2 days and still no call back. But on an upnote. I love my Jetta! More

I've been a VW owner since 2001 and this review is based on our 4th VW buying experience since then. I've been to every dealer in the Dallas area and each time I've been into Rusty Wallis, I'm greeted with on our 4th VW buying experience since then. I've been to every dealer in the Dallas area and each time I've been into Rusty Wallis, I'm greeted with a smiling face and never have felt pressured. I can't say the same for other dealers. One dealership my wife and I visited, we waited 10 minutes in the showroom, walking around catching eye contact with salesmen standing around. Not once were we greeted or asked if we needed help, so we left and went to Rusty Wallis. Long story short- Ilia and I worked out a great deal on a car, I drove out there and everything worked out as planned. (I can't say the same for other VW dealers in Dallas) The process was quick. We knew what we wanted, so we went in and got it- everyone we worked with were great. Next time I'm looking for a VW the first person I'm calling is Ilia at Rusty Wallis. More
