My husband and I had been searching for a quality used vehicle for our daughter. We had looked at several Volkswagen Jettas over the last few months and were waiting for the right one to pop up. The lack of professionalism at Autobahn was less than immpressive. We then began our search on the web. Immediately we found several vehicles to consider at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen. The initial converstion that I had with Ilia impressed me and he definitely lived up to our expectations. In less that two days we had decided on the Jetta we wanted to purchase. Though it was a long drive to Garland for us, Ilia simplified every detail. He handled the transaction with professionalism and made certain that we were pleased. When I called Jeffrey Torres at Rusty Wallis, he was friendly and when I explained what I was looking for and the price restrictions I had, he called me back about two hours later and had me approved for a vehicle and found me not only the car I was looking for, but with several upgrades which I had not anticipated for the price. I walked into the dealership, Mr. Torres had the car detailed, with a full tank of gas ready for me. Within 30 minutes, I had driven the car, signed the papers and was on my way in my new car.
