Worst experience even! Worst dealership so far. They played bit and switch trick on me: agreed with a price and car over the phone, but switch to a cheaper car when I drove there. I was contacted by your sales person, Nikki Luther, after I made an inquary about a pre-owned, VW Jetta with the TDI engine. She advised me that such two cars were in your inventory. Vikki was business like and had a good knowledge on the car. She introduced me to your parts manager, Doug Anderson and you service manager Dmitriy Finkler. Both men let me know that they were available if I had any questions or problems with my purchase. I left your dealership satisified with my purchase and with the way I was treated by everyone involved with the purchase. Jeff was more than helpful with my Father and I while shopping for my Mothers new Jetta. There was upgrade work done on the car, but they still honored the original listing price ($400+ difference). I came in with an 8% financing loan, but the finance team there got me a much greater deal on financing. The experience there makes me love my car even more...and the vette engine helps too! More
