What a terrific experience. I spoke with and/or visited three Volkswagon dealers prior to purchasing from Scott at Rusty Wallis. I was just looking at cars for my daughter's birthday plus college graduation gift. Al Wagner approched us with a smile and offered to show us a few cars we were interested in. He knew I was looking and allowed me the room to look. Closer to the time I had stated was my purchase goal he emailed, just to see if I needed anything from him. We emailed back and forth (by my request, hard to talk on the phone at work) at least a dozen times. Before I knew it, he had the correct car, correct color and things were well under way. He even arranged where I could take the new car to her college for her birthday surprise and bring back the trade in. Al is the kind of guy who will change your mind about pushy car salesmen. He listened closely to everything I said and never tried to sway my thoughts but offered solutions. Al by far made this purchase very easy and a pleasure.
