We were traveling from NY in a 2010 Jetta Sportwagen and the car developed a vibration at 75mph. I could see the belly pan cover was unattached toward the rear. I called at 7:00AM on Memorial Day and Richard cheerfully assured me that he could immediately put the car on a lift and diagnose the problem. Greeting me as we drove in at 7:45, he had the car lifted promptly, confirmed the diagnosis, offered expert other diagnostics and a free car wash, fixed the problem and we left the dealership at 8:05 for New York. We traveled 1000 miles on Monday and couldn't have done it without Richard's positive attitude and performance. This young man is an asset to your dealership. Thank you for such a positive experience. We have relatives in Dallas and hope to have the time for service and that car wash at some future time at your dealership. You made an lasting impression. I spent most of yesterday at Rusty Wallis dealership looking to trade my GMC in for a better and more cost efficient vehicle. This was my first experience working with someone other than a GM make or m looking to trade my GMC in for a better and more cost efficient vehicle. This was my first experience working with someone other than a GM make or model and I have to say I will (as long as I live in the DFW area) NEVER purchase a vehicle from anyone other than Rusty Wallis. The level of comfort from professional, friendliness, knowledge and the time spent with me to ensure that I was well taken care, was beyond impeccable. I had just visited another dealership two days prior and walked out because I dealt with 3 different representative who gave me 3 different numbers, stories, etc. I must give a shot out to Al Wagoner, Scott Pittenger, Nikki (your finance person sorry didn't get her last name) and everyone else who made my experience a positive and memorable one. I have recommened Rusty Wallis VW to alot of my friends and all of them come back talking about what a great and easy experience Greg and the rest of the employees at Rusty Wallis made it for them! I initially contacted three VW dealers in the DFW metroplex area and got the initial response on a Passat TDI SEL from all the three. When we arrived at the dealership Mario was waiting for us. We test drove the Passat TDI SEL and the Touareg. We finally went with the Touareg Lux TDI. In next hour and half we had the finance settled and walked out with the keys to our new SUV. Just one word to sum up our experience at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen -- Fabulous. They treated us with respect and earned our business when other area dealership did not even bother to reply to our followup email. More
Just had my car service by Jeff Fagan. No matter where I live in Texas I plan on making sure all of my Volkswagen's get serviced by him. I feel completely comfortable with knowing my car is taken care of with Jeff. He is great at explaining what needs to be done and the importance of how it effects the car and why particular work would need to be done. He is very personable and approachable about any question you may have about your car. The dealership is lucky to have an individual such as Jeff to help continue the life long relationship a client could have with a dealership. Often times it is the service department that can make or break a deal of what happens after the sale of a car. It also has a lot to do with future purchases at those particular dealership. Every car will have its problems, but is how the service department can and will take the time to not treat the client like another car but as an individual. Thanks Jeff for being professional, honest in your approach to questions I have about my car, and for always taking the time to take care of my car's needs. More

Just wanted to say that I am soooo glad Jeff Fagan is back at this location. He has been my service manager since 2006 and I will continue to buy Volkswagen vehicles just because of his excellent service back at this location. These days in time all anyone cares about is quantity rather than QUALITY service and Jeff defines that "Quality Service" that consumers look for. He has taken such great care of me and my car over the years that I have followed him from Rusty Wallis to Boardwalk and back even though I live in Forney. He does business the right way and the industry needs more individuals like him to run a GREAT COMPANY. He's personable, honest, and takes pride in his job and that's what I look for in a service manager. Not often do I find people out there like him so I am super glad to have him as my service manager!!!! More
