I was pleased at working with my salesman Hector Calix. I would recommend using him as a salesman. He is very nice, down to earth friendly and made me feel comfortable working with him. He was as honest as he could be with Management breathing down his neck over every little detail of our transaction. Hector did a really great job and should be fully rewarded for his hard work. I can only hope that the typical car sales negativity, the ugly competitiveness of other dishonest salesman (which my boyfriend had) and the dishonesty of upper management never rubs off on him. I've bought several vehicles in my life and Hector was by far the friendliest salesman I have worked with. The finance guy got me a really great deal on financing the car, but was a little impatient with me at times, which none of you in this business should ever be impatient with customers who are making a very important purchase. I am still not happy with the trade in value I received for my trade in. Rusty Wallis can afford to give at least Blue Book values for trade-ins. It makes people more inclined to trust dealerships and more likely to bring in family and friends. You know, people put off buying a car at any dealership, because it's IMPOSSIBLE to find a dealership with people you can trust. All we can do as a buyer is hope we don't get too screwed by the dealership which we all know dealerships do. The management at this dealership is not to be trusted and I think they need to take new management lessons on being honest and friendly and what customer service means to customers and to their own people. We drove 4 hours to get to Rusty Wallis after finding our new Golf on AutoTrader. Before traveling that far, I called and talked to Mario to make sure they still had the car we were looking at AND to confir new Golf on AutoTrader. Before traveling that far, I called and talked to Mario to make sure they still had the car we were looking at AND to confirm how much money to bring, since my bank doesn't have a branch in Texas. Mario was great to work with. He quickly determined the total amount the car would cost me and stuck to that number once we were in Dallas. The transaction was hassle free. I particularly liked that we were not subjected to any high pressure sales tactics. Mario was very pleasant to work with. I wish all my car buying experiences were this satisfying. More

Jeff is the best service manager I have ever dealt with and I have had many many exceptional service is received just like today I make an exception. His service, manners, professionalism, quality of work, keeping me updated etc far exceeds anything else I have experienced elsewhere including at BMW and Europe. I was shopping for a car online and Damien was very informative. He was very good with checking with me through email and letting me know what inventory came in that would fit into my budget. Once we found a vehicle I like the rest was a smooth process. Mr. Fuller was very professional and the best thing I liked in him, was he was not pressuring me to make a decision. He let me know he was there for any and all question I had and he always responded quickly. When I came out to the dealership it was one of his busy days, however he pointed me to another great person to assist me until he could give me 100% of his time. I found the ability to deal with the sales rep and dealership via the internet on price was a major selling point. Their pricing was extremely competitive. My local VW dealership kept telling me that the Rusty Wallis dealership would give me a price and when I would go to pick it up there would be a bunch of extra charges. NOT SO! The price I negotiated via the internet was what I paid for & no attempt to "upsell" or anything else was made. Great job! I will recommend this dealer. More
