Very dissapointed in the trade in value of my Infinity G35. The assistant manager said the wholesale trade in value is how they make money and they don't use book value to determine the value anymore but G35. I guess that's the new norm, trade in wholesale and sell at retail. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Once I signed the contract, everyone has been super friendly.
