It was a busy Friday afternoon and as expected Service was packed. I drove in with my TPS alerting about a tire hoping it was only needing air. Very dissapointed in the trade in value of my Infinity G35. The assistant manager said the wholesale trade in value is how they make money and they don't use book value to determine the value anymore but G35. I guess that's the new norm, trade in wholesale and sell at retail. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Once I signed the contract, everyone has been super friendly.
