Kenneth is very warm and personable and not a "salesy" type person, which I especially appreciate because I find the car buying process to be intimidating. He walked me through the process of comparing features and we were able to agree on a trade-in for my old car and I got a 2013 Golf in the color I wanted. The dealership is having the sunroof I wanted put into the car and it didn't add a huge cost to my overall purchase. I love this family owned dealership and Kenneth helped make me a guaranteed future repeat customer! More

Robert Hill showed me the only used GTI on the lot and was instantly convinced it would be mine, if the price was in my budget. I told them what I could pay and that was that. No fuss. No worry. My first car I have ever bought and when the sad day comes I have to get a new I'm going back to Rusty Wallis VW and trading up. THANK Y'ALL!!! More

Our dealer, Greg Bryan, was incredibly patient, helpful and most importantly honest. He was able to get us an amazing deal on a 2014 Jetta and I walked out of the dealership very pleased. I definitely recommend this dealership (and Greg Bryan!) to anyone who is looking into purchasing a new car. More
I am a first time car buyer and was looking for a Volkswagen Beetle. Al Wagner, the salesman that helped me, was wonderful. He negotiatied my sale and helped me to purchase a vehicle. However, I ha Volkswagen Beetle. Al Wagner, the salesman that helped me, was wonderful. He negotiatied my sale and helped me to purchase a vehicle. However, I had the unfortunate opportunity to meet and have to deal with Business Manager, Tim Bell. He was extremely rude and seemed irritated at the deal I accepted - he wouldn't even shake my hand to finalize the deal. I felt this was very unprofessional and unnecessary. More
Went in to get new tires on my Toureg and needed them to check on a sensor issue I was having and a single light that had gone out. Jeff calls me and says I needed sensors replaced and the light needed to b check on a sensor issue I was having and a single light that had gone out. Jeff calls me and says I needed sensors replaced and the light needed to be replaced as well. Jeff went out of his way to call my warranty service to see if it was something they would cover. In the meantime why my car was there he was able to provide me with a loaner car to be able to commute while my vehicle was being serviced. Let me tell you I have never had outstanding service and this was about above outstanding service. Jeff has been awesome. I would recommend coming and speaking with Jeff if anything is needed. I can go on and on about outstanding service. I will be returning in the future. THANKS JEFF!!!! More

1. First, the overall buying experience took around 6 hours. It was my first time buying a car, so I just went with it - in hindsight, I should have walked out. 2. I contacted Scott multiple times befo hours. It was my first time buying a car, so I just went with it - in hindsight, I should have walked out. 2. I contacted Scott multiple times before coming in saying I wanted to check out a specific VW Jetta and that I wanted to trade in my Ford Taurus. He emailed me back about buying a Ford Taurus two times when I clearly stated I wanted to trade in my Taurus, not buy one. Of course, once I came in on Saturday, the VW Jetta I had inquired about for the past 5 days was already sold and I was forced to pick from the rest of their inventory. Also, he lied to my face, telling me the VW that was sold was only the S model when indeed, it was the SE model that I had been looking for. 3. You would think searching your inventory would be easy - well it seemed to take Scott an awfully long time to find a couple Jettas worth looking at. 4. Couple of things need to be done to the Jetta, needed to paint the tow plug in the front, needed new windshield wipers, pressure caps for the tires. Scott came and picked up my car and dropped it off the next day with it appeared none of this done. The windshield wipers may have been new, but he didn't mention it. So they are now going to mail me the painted plug and pressure caps. Not only did he drop off the car with none of the things done that he said he was going to do, there were food crumbs all over the middle console. Talk about nerve. 5. I told Scott that I thought the loaner he gave me drove smoother than my car I just bought - he said he would check it out, blah blah. I know he didn't, and when he dropped my car back off, he told me because they have different engines. Are you serious? The engine doesn't determine how many bumps you feel, that's the suspension. 6. Taking a step back, back to the Business Manager engagement with Jeff Manson. If this guy started off the sale, I would have for sure walked out. I semi told him I would do the Gap Insurance, only after he lied to me and said it was only $8 a month (it was really $16 after doing the math in my head) I opted out and said I no longer wanted to do it. The tone of the entire engagement went negative and he handled it like a baby and started to what it seemed to me, pouting because he didn't get the up-sale. Very unprofessional and discourteous. The only positive thing they did was get me a 2.49% APR 60-Month loan - which the pushed and pushed on because I had plans to go through my credit union. 7. I'm sure there are more things that went wrong during my first auto purchase - just can't really think of them right now. I just know I'll never go back to Rusty Wallis Volkswagen and I regret ever buying a car from them. More
