Exceptional Customer Service June 2014 I received exceptional customer service. What made it exceptional was I had inadvertently left my wallet on the front seat of my car but di June 2014 I received exceptional customer service. What made it exceptional was I had inadvertently left my wallet on the front seat of my car but did not discover missing wallet until 2 hrs later when it was time to pay. My CSA went out to my car to look for it and there it was - credit cards, money and ID. You are fortunate to have such honest employees. Kenneth is very warm and personable and not a "salesy" type person, which I especially appreciate because I find the car buying process to be intimidating. He walked me through the process of comparing features and we were able to agree on a trade-in for my old car and I got a 2013 Golf in the color I wanted. The dealership is having the sunroof I wanted put into the car and it didn't add a huge cost to my overall purchase. I love this family owned dealership and Kenneth helped make me a guaranteed future repeat customer! More
