They're upfront, honest, and willing to work with you with a smile. They showed me data to prove that their online prices are hard to beat by their competitors. Everyone was professional and because they believe in the effectiveness of word-of-mouth recommendations of their business, they are not going to let you leave with a bitter taste of their establishment. Our salesman was awesome and very friendly, before going in we had our mind dead set on buying a Honda and we were just going in to look but that's when we met Lisan who was very knowledgeable about Volkswagens. He spent a lot of time going over ever thing and then to top that he took us across the street to the Honda dealership and let us talk to a salesman there so that we could test drive a Honda. After we test drove the Honda and talk to the salesman who nothing about the car except for it had a back up camera, we decided to go with the Jetta . Thanks Lisan my wife loves the car!!!! More
