I received an email from sales support quickly with contact numbers available. The car I wanted was still available four days later, and upon arrival everything was in order for us to drive the car immediately. All owners manuals and keys were included, just as I had expected at any VW dealership. The finance team was very helpful. If you have good credit and go here knowing what you want, you will have a great experience. If you have bad credit and walk in the door confused, it will be the same in any dealership. First Car of my Own After a full day of car shopping with my boyfriend and my dad we finally ended up here. I already had my heart set on a newer VW Golf at another place After a full day of car shopping with my boyfriend and my dad we finally ended up here. I already had my heart set on a newer VW Golf at another place we'd visited that day so I thought that we'd just look around a little and call it a day. Then, there she was. A beautiful 2002 gold Jetta Wagen! The more I looked at her the more I liked her. The price was right, the milage on a car that old was unbelievable and she was clean as a whistle. Here comes Mr. Kenneth Frye noticing my admiration for the car. He starts reaffirming everything I'm thinking about the car. He let us know that the guy who had it before loved it and took amazing care of it. Not to mention that all maintainence since 2002 had been done at this dealership! Kenneth suggested a test drive and I was sold. This was my very first car in my name with my money and I couldn't have had a better experience. I love my car, Lenore, as I've decided to call her.
