Extremely happy sales weary customer Seamless transaction. I called Lisan on a Monday letting him know I would be in at the last of the week if the car I wanted was still there. I receive Seamless transaction. I called Lisan on a Monday letting him know I would be in at the last of the week if the car I wanted was still there. I received an email from sales support quickly with contact numbers available. The car I wanted was still available four days later, and upon arrival everything was in order for us to drive the car immediately. All owners manuals and keys were included, just as I had expected at any VW dealership. The finance team was very helpful. If you have good credit and go here knowing what you want, you will have a great experience. If you have bad credit and walk in the door confused, it will be the same in any dealership.
