Best VW Dealership in DFW I am a proud new owner of a 2015 GTI SE that I purchased from Rusty Wallis Volkswagen on 2/26/15. My experience with this dealership was phenomenal an I am a proud new owner of a 2015 GTI SE that I purchased from Rusty Wallis Volkswagen on 2/26/15. My experience with this dealership was phenomenal and surpassed my expectations. I particularly worked with the internet sales manager, Carlos Casanova, whom was knowledgable, professional, and provided by far the best new car buying experience I could ask for. From the initial internet inquiry to even after I drove the car home, Carlos was caring and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. When it came to reviewing the car and its features, Carlos went above and beyond showing me literally every angle, gadget, setup, etc the car is equipped with! Another key point that set Rusty Wallis apart from the other VWs I dealt with in the metroplex was their ability to provide me with the GTI package to my customization. The GTI package I was interested in buying apparently was no where to be found in Texas. The other VW dealerships only bothered trying to sell me what was in their inventory. Not the case for Carlos. He was patient and located the only one in transit (literally) to the southwest region, locked it in, and had it delivered to Rusty Wallis. Did I mention Rusty Wallis had the best price!!! I highly recommend visiting Rusty Wallis Volkswagen and I am sure you will be more than satisfied. Thank you Carlos Casanova for a great car buying experience. Extremely Helpful and knowledgable I came in with my husband to trade in a car. We were not in the best position as our car had high mileage and we still owed a balance. Rey went above I came in with my husband to trade in a car. We were not in the best position as our car had high mileage and we still owed a balance. Rey went above and beyond and worked with us very patiently to take very good care of us. He was very knowledgable and let us know all of our options. We left the dealership in a much better position with a nice car and I am confident we made the best choice. This is the second car we've bought from this place and we will be coming back soon to trade in our other car! Best service in town :D More

I would not have bought a car if I had felt pushed, but Kenneth was an amazing salesman. He clearly cares about Volkswagen and his customers. Hopefully I wont be back in anytime soon, but I would recommend looking here before anywhere else, if I even considered going somewhere else. More

First Big Purchase! From the moment my husband and I drove on to the Rusty Wallis VW lot, we knew we had made the right decision based on the greeting we received. I met with Robert Rodriguez initially and he was very knowledgeable about the VW Jetta he presented to me. I had to come back to the dealership the next day due to the finance department needing to speak with the bank. Although Robert Rodriguez was not there when my husband and I arrived, Hector Calix stepped right in and made sure I was taken care of. I purchased a 2010 Honda Insight and I am so happy with it. Thank you Hector and Robert for your wonderful customer service and making my experience an enjoyable one. I will definitely be purchasing from Rusty Wallis VW again in the future. More

Black Jetta SEL Looks Really Good on the SMU Campus! We just purchased a CPO VW Jetta SEL for our daughter from Carlos Casanova at Rusty Wallace. Carlos was a true gentleman and has an easy going, friend We just purchased a CPO VW Jetta SEL for our daughter from Carlos Casanova at Rusty Wallace. Carlos was a true gentleman and has an easy going, friendly way in dealing with customers. Carlos was eager to answer any and all questions truthfully without over-selling or making grandiose promises. He made the buying process easy and straightforward. Other members of the staff were also friendly and helpful as well. I really enjoyed signing the final sales papers in "the box" as it is affectionately known. Kirk Yost was great and made spending a whole lotta money a whole lotta fun! This is our 3rd VW purchase in the last 2 years, so we'll be back soon! More
