Awesome car buying experience! I went in about a week ago to get me car serviced. While I was waiting I was looking at a particular used car in the parking. I was greeted by Greg wh I went in about a week ago to get me car serviced. While I was waiting I was looking at a particular used car in the parking. I was greeted by Greg who happened to be out in the parking lot at the same time. He let me know a little about the car, gave me his card and I was on my way. He wasn't pushy at all. Later that day, I got a call from the service department and come to find out I had quite a fwe issues with my 2007 VW Jetta that would cost me tons of money. I immediately went back to the dealership to talk with Greg about the used 2012 Jetta I was looking at earlier that morning. He gave me all my options and was real honest about what he thought I should do given my situation. The process didn't take too long and I left the parking lot that afternoon with a new 2015 Jetta. This was really my first car-buying experience and it was very pleasant to say the least. Buying a car is something that most people dread doing, but I had the best experience with Greg and the rest of the team and Rusty Wallis. I'd definitely recommend this car dealership and will refer anyone to Greg Bryan. Thanks for all the help! More

This time in particular, Arron Allison, deserves my recognition for her help. She keep me updated on the status of my car while I waited in the lobby for the alignment to complete and even took me into the shop to check on my car and meet one on one with the mechanic to discuss areas of concerns. Buying my new GTI at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen was a great experience, and now servicing my car continues to be the same. Dishonest Sales Manager Sales Manager (not sales rep) at Rusty Wallis VW is the worst and the most dishonest sales people I have ever dealt with. So I would never recommend t Sales Manager (not sales rep) at Rusty Wallis VW is the worst and the most dishonest sales people I have ever dealt with. So I would never recommend this dealership to my friends or family. I was interested in taking advantage of VW's amazing current special offer that gives you BOTH special low APR (i.e. 0% for 60mo) AND $1,000 Reward Card so I ran TrueCar and chose Rusty Willis to visit. A long story to short, I had to reach out to VW Credit (manufacturer) to validate if I can get both, not either, as stated at their website, in order for me to challenge their Sales Manager who introduced himself to me as a son of Rusty Willis and did NOT disclose the fact that $1,000 Reward Card comes with 0% APR. Instead, he and his sales guy forced me to choose EITHER 0% APR OR $1,000 Reward Card with $1,000 increase on offer price. I returned next day with my trade-in vehicle hoping they admit their "intentional" misunderstanding. When I faced the same Sales Manager, a son of Rusty Willis, I let him know that I contacted VW Credit and they confirmed that any customers are supposed to enjoy both, not either. It was when a son of Rusty Willis started showing his true color and attitude which I was very interested in observing. He totally lost his coolness and said that do not care about his business and mind my own business. It is something I never expected to hear from any sales people from any industries. So lesson learned: Always check with a manufacturer when a dealership tells you a different story and do not deal with Rusty Willis VW. More
Try to steal over 10 thousand dollars from me. Visited today. Was interested in a Jetta tdi se they had listed there for a little over 21 thousand. If you add ttl to that I came to 23k. Id pay the full asking price. They said DEAL and to come in. As I was in route I was called and told I need to put a 500 dollar deposit on this car or it might not be there when I showed up. FIRST RED FLAG..... I said No. If the car is gone when I get there than its gone. I arrive and sure enough I the cars still there. Kinda thought it would be. We already agreed on price (full asking price). all that's left is to look at it, finance it, and sign the paperwork. I sales guy, after running credit, came back with some ridiculous finance rate. Not sure what it was but the 23k car would cost me 490 a month for 72 months with a thousand down. WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWhat? That comes to a little over 36k for a car listed for 21k. Itold Rey that wasn't going to work. He called his finance manager who walked in with the credit report and started to tell me that my credit was so bad I would have to be shopped to c and d tear banks and that's why my payment was so high. I told him I had been shopping for a car for a month now and I know I can get financed at 6.9 percent because those were the quotes I was getting everywhere else. Plus I had already been pre approved on-line through capitol one for this specific car for 6.9 percent, which I didn't tell him, and that would put my payment at the 350 a month for 72 months mark with a thousand down. Croooooooooooook....... I just left because I now realize what there doing. Price a car really well to get people in, then take them for all there worth. They were never going to sell me that car for what THEY WERE ASKING FOR IT. Its a SCAMMMMMMMMMM. If it weren't then I have the car right now. I going to post this on cars.com cargurus.com and send it as a complaint to the BBB. If Im mistaken somehow then sell me the car for what you have it listed for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cars with a manual transmission are not common in the US and can be hard to locate. When we arrived at the dealership, we were met by Rey Castillo who showed us to the vehicle we'd identified online. We took a test drive and then Rey explained the features of the car and answered questions. We inquired about why the price was higher than what was listed online. We were informed that the Internet price was correct. The process of purchasing the car went smoothly overall. One recommendation that I have for car dealers in general is to spend less time communicating between the sales rep and manager, which I suspect is simply a sales strategy. Overall, this purchase went smoothly. Rey was knowledgeable and professional. More
