Honesty is the best quality over at Rusty Wallis I can't express how nice it is to find people in the automotive industry who you can really trust and feel secure doing business with. The folks over at Rusty Wallis demonstrated that from the start which has made me a loyal client of theirs for the past four years. My most recent visit with them was a car buying experience with Robert Hill, who made the whole process as smooth and fitting to our needs as possible. He was honest, knowledgable, transparent, and also a good guy who made it a stress free experience as well. I've also visited the service dept several times before and have always been satisfied there as well - the technicians were very communicative with me, as well as timely and open to discussion about my service. Aaron Allison is the BEST! I bought my vehicle from Rusty Wallis almost 2 years ago and the main reason I return and drive almost 2 hours just to get my vehicle serviced here is I bought my vehicle from Rusty Wallis almost 2 years ago and the main reason I return and drive almost 2 hours just to get my vehicle serviced here is due to the AMAZING customer service I receive from Aaron Allison. She somehow always remembers your name, is up front on what your service charges will be and how long it will take, works hard for you if any warranty repairs are needed and makes you feel at ease when having your vehicle serviced. I also love how she makes you not feel like just an average person and more like someone special. More

thumbs down SORRY NO STARS FOR THIS DEALERSHIP. I PURCHASED ON LEASE A PASSAT IN 2014. BEAUTIFUL... ABOUT A YEAR INTO THE LEASE I GET A CALL FROM THEIR LEASING SORRY NO STARS FOR THIS DEALERSHIP. I PURCHASED ON LEASE A PASSAT IN 2014. BEAUTIFUL... ABOUT A YEAR INTO THE LEASE I GET A CALL FROM THEIR LEASING SALES REP STATING I CAN PUT YOU IN A NEW CAR LEASE AND I WAS LIKE WELL I'M LOOKING FOR TWO PURCHASES. HE STATED OKAY WE CAN DO THAT FOR YOU NOT A PROBLEM. SO ONE SATURDAY AFTER TELLING HIM MY CREDIT WAS NOT PRESTIGE AND I WANTED EVERYTHING READY HE STATED OKAY WE HAVE EVERYTHING. LOW AND BEHOLD NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO WAIT 4 HOURS BUT THEY CAME BACK WITH A NO DUE TO HAIL DAMAGE TO THE CAR. I WAS SO DEVISTATED BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO A FRESH START. A WEEK LATER I GET A CALL FROM AUTONATION VW IN RICHARDSON, TX AND EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT HAD HAPPENED. THEY ASKED FOR ALL MY INFO FOR FINANCING AND A FEW HOURS LATER HAD ME COME IN WITH THE 2014 PASSAT AND AFTER THEY TOOK THE PAYOFF CAME BACK AND SAID MA'AM PICK OUT A COLOR FOR YOUR NEW PASSAT PURCHASE... NOT A LEASE NOT A USED CAR BUT A NEW ONE. THE GROUP AT AUTO NATION WERE SO HELPFUL AND SO COMPASSIONATE. FUNNY THING IS I TOLD THEM I HAVE A SETTLEMENT COMING AND A FEW FAMILY MEMBERS THAT NEED A CAR. THEY WERE EXTREMLY HELPFUL AS THEY READ WHAT THE ATTORNEY HAD GIVEN ME. RUSTY WALLACE JUST LAUGHED AT ME AND SENT ME ON MY WAY. SO I HAVE ORDER 4 VW CARS FOR 4 FAMILY MEMBERS AND RECOMMEND PURCHASEDING FROM AUTONATION VW BECAUSE OF THEIR COMPASSION, FRIENDLYNESS AND UNDERSTANDING... THEY HAVE WON MY BUSINESS AND 4 CARS LATER IN 1 MONTH... WELL AS YOU CAN SEE RICHARDSON, TX WON MY SALE AS A CLIENT... RUSTY WALLACE LOST IT. Great experience I went into just test drive a Jetta and a Passat and Carlos Casanova was the sales man helping me. He explained my options, Tim helped me feel comfor I went into just test drive a Jetta and a Passat and Carlos Casanova was the sales man helping me.
