Dishonest sales Sold the car they had called me to come get that very day while I was in route. How’s that for customer service? It was a certified preowned Jetta with hail damage that they had agreed to fix. Daiver, the salesman, called that afternoon to tell me the car was ready. We live two hours from the dealership. I was an hour from home when I was notified that a coworker was in the process of selling the car and I would be notified if the sale didn’t go through. What??? They were selling the car that I was coming to pick up!!! Jefff Wallis called me the next morning “trying” to explain that we had not paid a deposit. A deposit? A deposit was never mentioned for this car. If a deposit was the determining factor, wouldn’t you think it would have been discussed either while we were at the dealership or by phone the couple of times we talked? It was dishonest sales tactics by a dealership that I would rather not do business with EVER! More

This was so refreshing because usually there are so many hidden charges that you don't find out about until you get into financing. Customer for Life! I had just about given up on dealerships and almost purchased a car online, but then I found the perfect car at Rusty Wallis VW and inquired via email I had just about given up on dealerships and almost purchased a car online, but then I found the perfect car at Rusty Wallis VW and inquired via email. I'm on the phone all day for work, so I needed to communicate via email and text. I worried this would be a problem, but it wasn't at all. Within a few minutes of my inquiry, Jannet Gonzales sent me a video walk thru of the car I was interested in. Not a stock video, a personalized video recorded minutes before just for me! Who provides that level of service? I went to the dealership the next afternoon and Jannet had the car and the paperwork ready to go. I drove it, loved it and signed the papers. The whole process took about an hour. So impressed. Everyone I met at the dealership was extremely kind and genuine...it was exactly the experience I was longing for, and I'll definitely be back. More
Awful Experience RWVhad my car for 3 1/2 months, told me $7500 for repairs, (I am not sure really what happened with my car, as they lie so much their reasoning sound RWVhad my car for 3 1/2 months, told me $7500 for repairs, (I am not sure really what happened with my car, as they lie so much their reasoning sounds like bs. Some kind of a coolant problem that VW had a couple of years ago) said they would work on lowering, they did to $4500. Finally after 3 1/2 months I called and ask if they had started, answer was no, I ask them if they were still interested in buying my car, still needing repaired, they answer yes. I ran all over town to get title had an appraisal in hand, Mr. Scott shook my hand, looked me in the eye and said he would honor the deal, came back next day and they decided they did not want to do deal. Ask again about repairing car, I am now being told $3200.00, it would be ready in 4 days, it took another week and a half. Brian's reason for not having it ready...He had other cars ahead of mine, really after 3 1/2 months. Told me car was ready they were cleaning it up, went to pick up car and the car was full of leaves under the hood, in trunk and inside of car and bird poo all over outside. Brian in service department is a liar. They did provide me a car to drive butythey said in hopes of me buying one of their vehicles, but since I did not they would not honor buying my car. I was never told that I had to buy a car from them in order for them to buy my car. Again Brian in Service Depart is a habitual liar. Buyer Beware. More

I am so happy with my purchase and this was truly a fun experience. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and helpful. I came from MS to get my car and they gave me recommendations about where to eat and shop. Dani even entered the address of my hotel on the navigation in my car! They know how to serve their customers and are happy to do it! More
