Tried to mess with us at every step Deeply disappointed. We bought a Certified Pre-Owned Corolla from them a month ago. The price was good and the car itself is fine but their salespeopl Deeply disappointed. We bought a Certified Pre-Owned Corolla from them a month ago. The price was good and the car itself is fine but their salespeople try to get us to sign off on a higher price on the paperwork and only brought it back down to the agreed-upon price when we argued with them; they then tried to sell us an extended warranty and pretend we had not bought a certified pre-owned car; then they failed to get us a second key (we still only have one key for the car); and it turns out the floor mats aren't Toyota mats, they're Mazda mats turned over so you can't see the logo; and now they're saying they can't find the license plates they should have for us since they claimed to have handled the registration. When we buy our next car it won't be from here. UPDATE: One week later and we're still driving the loaner car because they haven't worked out the registration of the car we bought over a month ago. More

Great Experience With Tyrone The most important part was that I came prepared. As long as you have your documents, your honesty, and some patience, this is easy as pie. I didn’t go in really expecting anything to happen. I already knew I was going to have to explain a few things about my credit. Tyrone is a guy with a master plan. I went in at 12:30 and gave him everything he asked for. I was just going in to understand where I needed to be. Without question, Tyrone accomplished where I wanted to be. I didn’t have too many specifics which left a lot of options open for me. I’m not hard to please. What he presented was more than I could ask for. By 4PM I was out the door with a later model putting nothing down. 429 a month for this gorgeous 2014 Camry SE in Metallic Magnetic Gray! It was surreal when I left with my new car. I was in shock. This could be because this is actually my first car. The place was beautiful. The employees were nice and friendly. I had nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wanted to purchase their first car. Thank you again, Tyrone! More

Israel Cabrera, our salesmam is great in every aspect, we met him when we wanted to lease a vehicle from them and he made it a great experience for us, he always called periodically to see if everything was going as we expected. Finally the lease was getting to the end and we were considering buying a preowned car, after visiting several other dealerships we gave up, we didn’t find the deal or the help that we were looking for. Yesterday, we found a car that we liked and guess what, it was at this dealership, just a few hours after calling Israel the e were out the door with the car and the deal we wanted.
