I bought a new Camry 2007 from this dealer and the hispanic Finance Officer asked me to sign a blank form which I did. However, he assured me that interest rate was going to be 6.25% and that the pre hispanic Finance Officer asked me to sign a blank form which I did. However, he assured me that interest rate was going to be 6.25% and that the premium was going to 400.98. My premium did not change, but a few month after paying my preiums at the TFS website, I realized that my interest rate was in fact 6.65%. Therefore, I could only surmise that although we had told me the apr was 6.25, he had already done the calculations for 6.65% which left the premium unchanged at 400.98 I don't know how these people sleep at night. I could only pray that God will have mercy upon their souls. It is the most dishonest Finance Officer I have ever had to deal with, and I have purchased two other new vehicles in the past. I will never even service my car at that dealership. I complained to the Toyota Financial Office about the officer and they did absolutely nothing about it. More
Although I am willing to take partial responsibility for not bringing the used vehicle that I purchased from East Coast Toyota to my own mechanic for inspection, I assumed (my first mistake) that when they not bringing the used vehicle that I purchased from East Coast Toyota to my own mechanic for inspection, I assumed (my first mistake) that when they said that a 120 point inspection had been completed the car would not end up in for repairs five times in a matter of the five months I had owned it. We even attempted to go back to the dealership less than 1 month after we purchased this car to try to get out of the car and get a brand new car knowing we may take a hit. They came back with a monthly payment that we could not remotely afford. We have even tried to get rid of the car at other dealerships but we are now stuck with a car that we are constantly worried about. We will never go back to this dealership and we would never recommend this dearlership to anyone. More
They lie, manipulate, push the car they want to sell, not customer friendly or directed. They do not inform you of your rights or responsibilities. They are cut-throat. Avoid them at all costs. The Toyot customer friendly or directed. They do not inform you of your rights or responsibilities. They are cut-throat. Avoid them at all costs. The Toyota Corolla is badly designed, the seats are high and uncomfortable and the car maneuvers very badly at higher speeds. More
Like everyone else mentioned here, they are very pushy. Then puts you to wait for 10 minutes, comes back, says the same thing allllllll over again. What's your price range, if you can get this deal settle today, we're offer you 75X2, 150 for referral reward, still, says nothing about how much the car costs. THen puts you on wait for another 10 minutes while the manager's on a mood as if his house was bombed or something. I can't recall this guy ever smiled. THey asked for how much you're willing to pay, and when you tell them, they'll go on a big loooop. Wasted time, they also don't provide accurate information on cars. Friendly=no Helpful=no pricing=xxxx no The only thing good about that place is the CARS. More
see this dealership got pretty bad reviews and I cannot speak for any of the other salesman, but the one I dealt with. If you are going to go there I suggest you see him. He treated us very well and got speak for any of the other salesman, but the one I dealt with. If you are going to go there I suggest you see him. He treated us very well and got us a great car for a great price. When I need another car I will find out where he is and buy it from him at Eastcoast or wherever else he is at. Sales people put pressure on you, I guess that is their job, but he is not a sleazy salesman so ask for Juan Inoa. More

we went in to buy a a new truck. We told them upfront we were going through my credit union and at first they were ok. After giving a 22% deposit we drove off with the truck. After forwarding the paperw we were going through my credit union and at first they were ok. After giving a 22% deposit we drove off with the truck. After forwarding the paperwork to my credit union, they said that the paperwork provided by East Coast did not have the proper amounts. When we told the dealership about this causing a delay in the delivery of the check, they got pissed and acted like we were dodging them. Their after sales customer service is terrible. When trying to call the dealership their receptionist keeps forwarding my calls to the wrong person. She is an idiot too. Bottom line, AVOID them at all costs. More

When I bought the car it repaired, Engine came on shortly after purchased. had to chase down the dealer for a week to repair promised body work. When I bought the car it was supposed to be keyless entry and had a security alarm. When I got home after signing tons of papers, I realized I had no extra keys or keyless entry alarm fob. Went back and spoke to Umburto the following day, he tell sme he didn't even know the car had these features. Then he refers me to service. Also after only having the car 12 hours the engine lights came on. back to serice for repair. 1 week later engine light is back on. Dealer doesn't want o hear it keep blaming problems on their service. Avoid if possible. More
