This was the worst car dealership experience we have ever had. While the salesman, Angel, was very pleasant and answered all our questions; the manager was the rudest, most arrogant, obnoxious sales manager had. In the 2 minutes he sat down with us to negotiate a price (even after we insisted that we were NOT making a purchase that day since we were only researching vehicles - he still insisted on "making a deal"), he was so nasty and rude, that even if we would have intended on purchasing that day, it most definitely would NOT have been from that dealership. I would not recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Angel, the salesman, was a wonderful and pleasant person to work with. But, since you have to ultimately deal with his manager -- that just ruins the entire process. Angel should definitely look to work for another dealership, where his professionalism would be put to better use. More
Melissa is probably one of the best associates I have ever worked with. This was my first experience purchasing a car for myself and even though I did not leave the dealership with the car I came to see ever worked with. This was my first experience purchasing a car for myself and even though I did not leave the dealership with the car I came to see I felt the need to write a review because I think she completely deserves it. She was there to answer any question i had throughout the process whether it was through email or phone. I cant imagine that a lot of other sales associates would have the same level of patience she did with a customer like me so for that I am grateful that she was assigned to me. The experience there was amazing, my reason for not buying a toyota this time had nothing to do with her but i hope to be back in a few years to buy another car and i hope that she will still be there to put up with my annoyance. More

WARNING!: I went to East Coast Toyota and asked how much it would cost for me to trade in my old lease with all the damage and over miles for a new one. The salesman came out took pictures of my damage and it would cost for me to trade in my old lease with all the damage and over miles for a new one. The salesman came out took pictures of my damage and then spent 3 hours negotiating with me. At the end we signed a deal. As I was loading up my new car at 9:30PM the salesman came out and asked me to sign "one more thing" which turned out to be a paper saying that the dealership wouldn't be responsible for the damage or overmiles on my old car. Had I signed I would have received a $3-4000 bill from Toyota a few weeks later for the damage and over miles on my old car. I wrote an angry letter to Toyota telling them about this dishonest practice. The letter was forwarded to the dealership. I got a call from the dealer's customer service rep Stacy who is a very nice good person. She explained that the error was specific to the salesman and that overall the dealership is #1 for customer service. Bad news: If you shop here DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until you read it twice and know exactly what you're getting into. Good news: If you have a complaint they have a great customer service department! Our experience with East Coast Toyota and Jonathan Nunez was truly wonderful from our first handshake! He and Jamie Berrios made our experience easy and comfortable! I kept on changing my decisions, I changed my mind several times as to whether I should purchase or not the vehicle . I probably had annoyed him at some point but I was impressed because he did not demonstrate any signs of impatience and rejection. Instead he entertained my inquiry, responded courteously and informatively. I was pleased to his attention to detail, to his professional interaction, to his competence, and to his calmness . Mostly that made me appreciate him is the fact that he was not pushy, an exceptional quality! I appreciate his sincerity and dedication to his work. I wish Mr. Fred Meyer all the best. Awful experience, I would not recommend this dealer at all! The sales manager was rude and unprofessional & offered us no incentives except a free 50 inch tv. The price they quoted me was laughable. I had planned to buy a Sienna since a long time and contacted many dealers during the search, I got very frustrated as I could not negotiate a deal and thought of giving up the idea of buying a new veh contacted many dealers during the search, I got very frustrated as I could not negotiate a deal and thought of giving up the idea of buying a new vehicle. I realized that I have not contacted East Coast Toyota and thought of contacting them as a last try and phoned East Coast around 5:30PM , the call was answered by Mellisa Gonzalez and I explained her what I am looking for and the expected cost, Mellisa was very helpful and professional, it just took few minutes and we finalized on the price, I drove to the showroom at 6PM and came out with the new vehicle by 9PM. My entire experience with East Coast Toyota has been great and found everybody friendly and professional. More
