I let him know what I was looking I was very satisfied with the service at East Coast Toyota. My salesman Anthony was very helpful and professional. I let him know what I was looking for and what my budget was and he worked with me and I left there with a 2014 Rav 4 (which I love). He was very patient and explained everything that I needed to know about the Rav4 before I left the dealership with it. He also followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. Which I thought was nice. More
A beautiful family to join When I first walked in, I was greeted in a pleasing manner and not hounded for a sale like some dealerships. I knew exactly what I wanted, and my sale When I first walked in, I was greeted in a pleasing manner and not hounded for a sale like some dealerships. I knew exactly what I wanted, and my salesperson Aaron Geib made it happen with no issues at all. I have been a part of the Nissan family for quite some time, but I can honestly say this was the best and easiest experience I have ever had at a dealership. I appreciate all that Aaron, his manager, and the finance team did, and I will certainly be recommending more customers to this dealership. A++ More

I have made many deals with Eas I went to East Coast Toyota last week and purchased a Toyota Tundra, It happened to be the best deal I have ever made. I have made many deals with East Coast Toyota in the past but this one tops them all. My salesman xxxxxx sure knows his way around a deal, he got me the best price for my trade in and a surprisingly great deal on my Tundra it was far less than what I expected to pay. This is why I keep going back LA More
Horrible-stay away or prepare to waste time-keep negotiating Very unprofessional- this dealership kept throwing in extra ridiculous fees, bargained hard, agreed on a price then raised it $500 more, claimed they Very unprofessional- this dealership kept throwing in extra ridiculous fees, bargained hard, agreed on a price then raised it $500 more, claimed they put $1500 into the used car I was interested in but carfax service records show otherwise and we were asked to wait for hours (although told it would take less than 30 min) to test drive a car because it needed a new battery put in to be driveable. Very shady dealings. Please stay away and do yourself a favor and go a no hassle dealership where isn't hard negotiations, pointless back and forth talk and waiting, hidden ridiculous fees, etc. You should not be paying more than a couple of hundred dollars for doc fees, state taxes, title, registration, and the base price for the car. Don't let this dealer lead you believe jacking up the price a couple of thousand is normal and every dealership does this- they don't. I bought somewhere else and you should too- Toyota Hackensack and Hudson Toyota are no hassle if you are looking for Toyota..Even after I said I wasn't interested in buying the car, I've been contacted several times by East Coast- twice I asked tho to erase my contact information and stop calling me... I am providing this positive rating, so others can have the pleasurable car buying experience. I recently purchased back my lease from East Coast Toyota. This is my fourth transaction with this dealership the pleasurable car buying experience. I recently purchased back my lease from East Coast Toyota. This is my fourth transaction with this dealership in the past 10 years. I am not a big fan of the car buying experience, but they have made it as comfortable as possible. I worked directly with Aaron Geib, Sales & Leasing Consultant. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Toyota. His customer service was impeccable. He was knowledgeable on all Toyota's products. More importantly if he was unsure about something, he did not pretend to know. He did his research and came back with the proper answers. Aaron worked at my pace and explained the contract in terms I understood. His patience was comforting. I am sure you will be happy if you decide to call Aaron Geib at East Coast Toyota if you are in the market to buy or lease a Toyota. More
xxxxxx the salesman is very rude! All he wants to do is sell you the car. Even give remarks about how you and your spouse talk to each other about the car you are buying... Hello! who the heck is he to tel sell you the car. Even give remarks about how you and your spouse talk to each other about the car you are buying... Hello! who the heck is he to tell you how to communicate with your spouse? No manners at all!!! We were there to finance a car, saw a picture on the internet, looked good... NOT IN PERSON tho!!! Scratches all over the car, hood chipped, interior soooo dirty... Then he says, what do you expect from a used car? Tried to convince me to look at another car, 2 years older than we originally looked at, worse than the first, only same thing is... the price!!! LOL because he said the older car has navigation!!! Who is he kidding? $300 in dash navigation? Yeah sure i will take that coz it has a navigation!!! Didn't stop there... he then tried to convince us with leasing a brand new scion xb for a BMW x5 price!!! really??? Stayed there for a bit because of the manager, he's pretty nice and tried to work something out since we were already there, but with Praust's attitude, we can't do it. Drove a couple more miles to another dealer and got the car we want, for the price we want. It pays to be patient, there are so many other dealerships that cares a little more than the other. Take your time... you will find the right car, with better salesman, don't give a rude salesman his commission! More
