The Worst Serivce In Aug 2015 my lease vehicle was hit while parked and in Aug 2016 I am still going back for repairs sustained from that accident. I have called custom In Aug 2015 my lease vehicle was hit while parked and in Aug 2016 I am still going back for repairs sustained from that accident. I have called customer relations at east coast toyota, toyota corporate and even contacted the better business bureau. I have gotten nowhere for the last year and the car is still not up to par. I had to take time off work, my gas and time spent waiting for the repairs (because I had no money for a rental) at the body shop to get the parts fixed that were less than satisfactory. I have gone back at least 1 to every 2 months to have the same pieces replaced. As an added bonus, the rubber seal was not put on properly and water was leaking into the car months before I noticed (I only noticed because soap from a car wash) and because of this the books that came with the car also got wet, still waiting for them to replace them. I am extremely lucky this car is a lease and not financed. More
