GREAT EXPERIENCE - Talk to Jeovanny Cruz and Nick(manager) I was in the market for a new car, all my friends/colleagues raved about the Toyota highlander and how sturdy and well built it is. I started doing re I was in the market for a new car, all my friends/colleagues raved about the Toyota highlander and how sturdy and well built it is. I started doing research and came across this dealer - mainly because this location had the white on black combo I wanted. I visited them and the front desk directed me to Jeovanny Cruz(Jeo for short), he sat down with me and asked what I was looking for, i told him that the only thing I wanted was heated/cooled seats, he had the perfect model for me. He found the make/model that I wanted but the inventory was not updated and was sold a couple of days ago, he went above and beyond to locate me another one from another dealer from the next town over and he would get if it they had it in stock. Sadly as we were negotiating, the car got sold at the other dealer. Then his manager (Nick) stated to check out the one from the warehouse and will work with me to get me a good deal on it. It was out of my budget but I did decide to check out the truck, but when I saw it, I knew it was the one for me. After I test drove it, I was ready to make a deal. Jeo and Nick worked with me and got me the best deal that I could ever make at another dealer. Jeo went and got Will (the finance app analyst) and he was able to get me out the door within 30minutes. Over all I'm very satisfied with the vehicle and price that i got it for. Please go to Jeovanny and Nick at East Coast Toyota and they will get you into the car/truck/SUV you want.
