We had a repair scheduled on our Odyssey. Time frame was 3-1/2 hours, We were kept updated during the visit. It took only 2 hours. We were informed that the vehicle was ready after 2 hours. Then we were told 900 dollars of our 1000 dollar repair was covered by the extended warranty we had purchased in 2019 when we purchased the vehicle at that dealership. All I got for the 2018 Honda Pilot this time was an Oil Change and it took 1 Hour and 50 minutes.
