These people treat you like family. I love going there. On January 3, 2015 I drove off the lot of East Coast Honda in my brand new Honda Touring CR-V, my third new vehicle purchase from them. The last two On January 3, 2015 I drove off the lot of East Coast Honda in my brand new Honda Touring CR-V, my third new vehicle purchase from them. The last two times I had the pleasure of dealing with Shawn Huskins. I cannot say enough about Shawn. He stayed in contact with me while I was considering the purchase, always there when I needed to call him or email him. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to get it. He called me as soon as it came in and told me I could pick it up later that day. My experience was superb. Each time I would visit there Shawn would offer me a bottle of cold water. His focus was on me and my needs, affording to me his time and expertise as if he had the whole day to deal with only me. Fortunately, this was not necessary, as the process went quickly and smoothly. Jim Tansey took me through the financial portion of the deal, explaining each step and was ready to answer all my questions. I have also had my vehicles serviced at East Coast Honda and each time was a pleasant experience. I emailed the CEO, Greg Smith, to inform him of my satisfaction and he was thoughtful enough to thank me in an email response. To sum it all up, East Coast Honda is a great place to buy a car. There is absolutely no sales pressure, and that is a rare find today. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I plan to return for my car needs. Actually, Shawn Huskins treated me so well I would have loved to take him out to lunch....he made me feel like part of his family. That makes me feel good. More

I took her advise although I didn't know much about Hondas. Danny was not only a breath of fresh air from what I had experienced at other dealers but was very knowledgeable on the details of the cars I looked at. He greeted me with a smile, listened to what I wanted in a car and took a genuine interest to make sure I was leaving a forever customer. His knowledge and professionalism sealed the deal. Next thing we know, we drove out with a 2015 (leased) CR-V. AJ was courteous, professional and knows his products. He made us feel comfortable and satisfied with our negotiations. He's a young guy who has served our country. He made this truly a very pleasant experience in car negotiating for us ever. I want to stress that my husband is a tough sell. If he feels at any point he is being "taken for a ride" he's gone. Needless to say hats off to East Coast for having AJ as part of their sales force. More

My wife and i loved our sales person, Melissa DeMarco Having been in sales all my life one realizes all it comes down to is treat people the way you would want to be treated. We purchased a new 2014 accor Having been in sales all my life one realizes all it comes down to is treat people the way you would want to be treated. We purchased a new 2014 accord coupe exl with several options one was a full front bumper and hood mask, It seems that unless the mask is on snug it can leave marks on the paint that it is supposedly protecting. This was a known result according to one of the i believe tech managers with whom Melissa and i spoke to. Having also spoken to the sales manager who offered no assistance of help in trying to eliminate the scratch marks on the hood of the car. I paid out of pocket to have a detailer remove the marks and American Honda assured me that they would pick up the bill. I brought the car in for it's first service which included a tire rotation and balance upon pulling out onto the roadway i noticed the tire pressure monitoring system light was on this told me that it was never checked. Having said this my wife and i love Honda's we were contemplating of trading in the accord for the new fit ( knowing the dealer would not in the public's eye be fair ) i haveing always sold my car in the past privately, so i anticipated to be insulted. The manager in charge of appraisal's was quite close to my wife and i and as he was walking past us i tried to get his attention but he kept on going. So much for friendliness. Having said all of this there remains the biggest and only reason i would purchase my next Honda from east coast and that is MELISSA DEMARCO , why because of her sincerity and what my wife and i perceived as honesty as well as her genuine gregarious nature. I have facilitated work shop's on the fundamental's of selling and i realize not everyone has Melissa's characteristic's . My evaluation's are based on our interaction with Melissa. More
