When I did call to tell him that I was purchasing the vehicle, he asked what time I would be by the dealership to pick it up. I told him, and when I got there he had all the paperwork done. Waited a bit to speak to business manager, who was great, and I drove off the lot leaving my gas guzzling hog of an SUV there, and behind the wheel of my new to me Honda CRV. Excellent customer service! After recently purchasing my Jeep Liberty used from this dealership, I started to experience issues with it's electric system. The alternator was not After recently purchasing my Jeep Liberty used from this dealership, I started to experience issues with it's electric system. The alternator was not charging the battery properly, so I came out of pocket to have that replaced. After about three weeks with a new alternator, when I went to accelerate one day the vehicle stalled out and shut off on me in the middle of the road. That's when my sister and I contacted Scott Cahill. Scott had my vehicle towed to his auto body shop and had the issue fixed and addressed in a matter of two business days. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and showed that he genuinely cares for and about the satisfaction of his customers.
