I have never had a bad experience with either departments. While looking for my most recent updated vehicle, Michael McCauley was working with me trying to find the right fit. I've had vans, suvs and smaller cars, so I wasn't sure what I wanted this time around. I test drove a used van and the smaller CRV but was kinda holding out for another Pilot like I was currently driving. While none were available with the right options or low mileage I kept looking. Michael called late one evening and said he had taken in a 2016 Pilot on trade with only 11,000 miles. While I hadn't thought of driving this new of a vehicle, after we drove it, we knew this was the one for us and we purchased it the same evening. More
