Yet another great experience! I have purchased nine Hondas from this dealership. The whole company is ALWAYS spectacular! Today I picked up number 9 from Kimberly Johnson (outstanding). My daughter's surprise present. Kimberly was Very caring, a great listener, and extremely professional. She took the time to assist, offer suggestions, and help make this transaction another great one. As always, both Scott Proctor and Steve Adcock handled all "mechanics" of the deal. Smooth, professional, and exacting. East Coast Honda sales, and service are exceptional. A "breath of fresh air" from many of the other local dealers that often are extreme high pressure. Tammy in service is a jewel. We learned early on, if she says we need to do something, it is not to sell us something...she does it to help protect our safety and investment. Great job all!
