He gave us information & explained how their lease plan worked. Showed us the different CRVs & when we test drove the one we picked he showed us how everything worked,explained things we weren't sure of & was so helpful & patient with all our questions!! I then drove back to Myrtle WHERE I LIVE! to buy a certified used Pilot priced similarly to Florence from Terry. He had it pulled up front and ready and was the best adviser I could have hoped for. Their entire staff from their GSM, Scott, to their Finance Director, Andrew, was kind and professional and took care of us to the best of their abilities. I sold cars for 4 plus years and this was the best dealership I've ever stepped foot in. Go ask for Terry Marcum and get it done right, the first time! More
