I just had my second service done on my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid. The minute I pulled into the service building I was treated like royalty. They asked if I had any issues. They then asked what I was in for and then I went to the waiting area. I was told it would be 90 minutes to change the oil, rotate the tires and wash the vehicle. They were done within an hour and I was on my way. They always take their time to make sure I am satisfied and everything was accomplished. I will continue to bring my CRV to this East Coast Honda for service. More
My experiences with East Coast Honda started in April 2020. I went for an oil change on my 2018 Ridgeline! I wound up ordering a new Ridgeline & put $500 down on it. When they appraised my 2018 they said 2020. I went for an oil change on my 2018 Ridgeline! I wound up ordering a new Ridgeline & put $500 down on it. When they appraised my 2018 they said I needed 2 tires & new brakes. After waiting till July, no new Ridgeline & I decided to get my $500 back! That week, the truck I ordered came in & they never even contacted me. Then I went to Firestone for those 2 new tires & they checked my brakes, they said there was plenty of brake pad left. A year later I did buy a new Ridgeline there after writing a bad review about their #MarketAdjustment policy which was pure greed to me & their Sales Manager sold the truck at MSRP but I had to remove that Bad Review. After a number of miles I was heading to PA & had the oil changed. I headed to PA only to find out my truck leaked oil for all those miles b/c service had never tightened the drain plug. Yesterday I had the oil changed again & they never reset the percentage for the oil & it took well over 2 hrs for an oil change & tire rotation! I was also supposed to meet a salesman named Juan to discuss another Ridgeline! I texted him at 10:09 & never heard a word from him until I came home. He said he was with a customer even though he was to meet me at 10 am. So he called me later with a deal I felt was not good for me. Maybe I'm foolish but I take great care of my vehicle & expected more. I will not go back to East Coast Honda for anything, sales or service! BTW, I was charged $49.50 to install a $29.95 air filter & that was with 20 % off if you can believe that! I really don't understand all these 5 star reviews, they must be preferred customers, like the one they sold the Ridgeline I had ordered to without contacting me! More
