I literately went into the dealer for the first time this past week. Never had the guts to do so with all that are said about them (dealerships in general). Anyway last week I had to bite the bullet, I had a past week. Never had the guts to do so with all that are said about them (dealerships in general). Anyway last week I had to bite the bullet, I had a recall. Well, long story short... Ill never go anywhere else for service work on my vehicle ever again. Yes that's right. I'm still dumbfounded myself how they could just turn me around in just one visit. Let me explain: first before getting their I was just saying to myself "well, I wonder how much this "free" recall is going to cost me?". When I get into the dealership I pulled in and Justin Ganey was the service man I spoke with. All I can say about him is "WOW"! He did nothing but "wow" me with everything from the greeting I got, the free loaner car that I didn't even ask for, down to, "believe it or not" telling me how to even get money back on a battery that I had to get replaced a few months back and I purchased it myself (by the way, I'm writing this a couple weeks out from when I was in because I wanted to see if I'd truly get reimbursed for the battery... Mr. Gainey came through again and really was telling me the truth, because I've been in contact with nissan through a website he gave me to file a claim through nissan so I can get reimbursed for this battery. (NissanAssist.com). Also Justin told me on the phone when they were doing their thing on the car they noticed another part that pretty important needed to be done and that he was going to cover it completely... I'm telling you I know they did it cause I really do notice my car is a lot quieter than before. Then when I picked up my car it was spotless inside and out, with another smile and "how was your day?" greeting from the staff/personnel never new that going to a dealership for maintenance/repair I'd ever walk out feeling like I was the most important person that ever stepped foot in there. (I know that's not the case, but people that was my perception "perception is reality".) plus walking out not paying a dime.... Really I got money back for going. I just have to give credit to all the people at East Charlotte Nissan dealership because I only really worked with Mr. Gainey, I do realize that it takes a whole team of real professionals working together to give me such a great experience that was able to turn a complete non-believer into a believer. Even though I only met him just this one time, he just made me feel like I've been friends with him forever. So if you own a Nissan... Take my word on it East Charlotte is the place if you want good service. Thanks again Justin... Excellent job on my behalf. More
The cashier completely ruined the dealership. It is terrible customer service we you get called a lie! I will take my business elsewhere! cannot reach anyone, service reps very rude... I had to make calls on three diferent days to talk to the manager and I was told the service manager is out till 10 days.... POOR SERVICE.....
