the incompetence of East charlotte nissan Don't ever go there.. commission hungry salesmen. They give cars out with paper work a month later they call and tell you they made a mistake.. I've lost my job because of them,continue to hurt my credit looking for another car because of them. Paid insurance on a car 389 dollars to be exact and they won't refund or help even though they messed up.. I didn't lie nor deceive.. worse dealership in Charlotte ... I put 500 down they gave me a car had car for a month now they asking for it back.. More

Don't Lease a car from these people I leased a car from these guys and they failed to submit the paperwork to Nissan. I had to call them repeatedly to get them to do something and then I leased a car from these guys and they failed to submit the paperwork to Nissan. I had to call them repeatedly to get them to do something and then they lied to me on the phone about what happened. They also refused to return my calls. Customer service disappears after they get your signature and when they fail to do something they lie about it More

I will always trust my car being service by quality care maintaince engineers. I have worked with my team leader for my car, Ben Cooper. He is outstanding. It was his associate Devon Fink that help identify the problem with the axel, that needed to be repaired. This is a team that works together to get the job done right, on time, and for the customer. Bait and Switch Don't go! I drove from two hours away to see this specific Rogue. I even called before I left my house to make sure the car was still available. I was Don't go! I drove from two hours away to see this specific Rogue. I even called before I left my house to make sure the car was still available. I was assured that the car was there waiting for me. When I arrived, the attendant brought me a Rogue that was much more expensive than the one I came to see. I told him it was the wrong car. They then told me that the car I wanted sold three days ago. The attendant offered me a similar car, but he could not find the car on the lot. They then offered me a more expensive Rogue with an inferior trim level. The sales manager was useless. The sales manager stated that my salesman was new and did not know what he was doing. What I am most upset about is they wasted my time. They lied to me to get me to the dealership, and they did not deliver. This dealership uses bait and switch to get customers in the door. Don't go!!! More
