Long time Service Advisor Ron Traver had retired so this trip to East Charlotte Nissan's Service Department was my first experience with Lee Martin. Lee was great to work with and very communicative! Daughter got ripped off on a car. Ended up paying $5K more than could have purchased elsewhere. Chalked it up to lesson learned. Didn't write a review or anything. BUT THEN - They Ended up paying $5K more than could have purchased elsewhere. Chalked it up to lesson learned. Didn't write a review or anything. BUT THEN - They reach out 4 months later to buy the vehicle, and put her in a 'newer' one. And offered $8K LESS than she paid them. That put me over the top. This place is unethical and predatory. Beware. More
