He won me over by his persists and being a man of his word my husband really hate going to car dealership but I came in the 1st day and let Mr Bacon know exactly what type of deal me and my husband can agree to and he called us in when everything was approved. Test drive completed, paper work ready , a video introducing me to my new vehicle , car cleaned , gas up and ready to go after leaving the finance department. Rating my experience from my last time there to purchase my 2 vehicle from you guys this time It was a 10 all tge way..This is our 3rd purchase from East Charlotte Nissan..and just to think I was on my way to Monroe Nissan...aIso I will be referring my co-worker on her next purchase. Walked in for a Nissan, walked out with a Hyundai My experience at the East Charlotte Nissan was unexpected to say the least, my mother and I walked in and began speaking with Darrell Bacon about a Ni My experience at the East Charlotte Nissan was unexpected to say the least, my mother and I walked in and began speaking with Darrell Bacon about a Nissan Rogue. While going over what my options were Mike Simone overheard us talking and overheard our conversation about my talking about the comparison between a rogue and a juke. Mike entered the room and said "I couldn't help but overhear you guys talking" introduced himself and shook hands with he both of us, he said "I've got the car for you, you're going to love it, it's not the rogue but you're going to fall in love with it" I told him that we would take a look and see what we think, he brings out a 2013 Hyundai Tucson and it had not been detailed whatsoever as it had been brought in only a day or so beforehand. I was amazed at how gently used the leasing couple before me had kept it, was in nearly immaculate condition, I love the car and they really worked with us on payments, cost, and assuring everything was in tact, I am so happy with my new tucson and am thrilled he allowed me the chance to have it as my own, very personable people and loved how confident he was in the car itself! Thank you Mike and Darrell for putting me in a great and affordable preowned car!! More
Still Waiting for the parts-put my life in dangerous I bought a new car from this dealer at 2013, everything was all right until 3 months ago, the AIRBAG LIGHT came on, so I went to the dealer........... I bought a new car from this dealer at 2013, everything was all right until 3 months ago, the AIRBAG LIGHT came on, so I went to the dealer........... they told me I need to replace one of the parts, takes about 2 weeks, otherwise in case of something happen, THE AIRBAG WONT POP OUT, which means that I risk my life all the time by driving this car.......... so of course go ahead ordered it right away and get this problem solve ASAP. but guess what, almost 3 months goes by, they still do not have the parts that I need, It really drives me crazy with knowing that my life is in dangerous if something happen without the Airbag protection, looks to me it is like either they do not care or they do not have the part..... but whatever it is, I would never buy Nissan no more, I will tell all my friends and people that I know, Do NOT BUY NISSAN. More

Darrell was my salesman, an Yesterday, I decided it was time to finally get serious about buying a car, and East Charlotte Nissan was my first choice. Darrell was my salesman, and he was so very nice. He helped me pick a car, and then made sure I understood every step of the process. He even helped me get my phone synced with the bluetooth in the car, and to get the app downloaded, so if I ever have questions, I can find a quick video to help. Everyone there was so nice. I can definitely see myself being a repeat customer! More
Body shop Bound Bought new 2017 Nissan Frontier And took it back 3 days after purchase to have Perma plate put on and when they called saying truck was ready went to Bought new 2017 Nissan Frontier And took it back 3 days after purchase to have Perma plate put on and when they called saying truck was ready went to pick it up and was getting ready to leave when my wife noticed a dent in passenger door and didn't tell us that they dented my door. I got one of managers to look at it and said they would send it to body shop to be fixed and that it would be ready in a couple days. After 3 days I called to get updated on it and was told they would check on it well after 15 calls I was told that they would check and get back to me when again no one called me back so I finally got in touch with salesmen and he finally after 9 days called me that he checked and it was ready. The day I picked it up I met with general manager and showed him a log of all my calls and he got real upset that nobody ever returned my calls And had meeting with managers but I think they were pretty sorry handling my situation. Seems they treat you like a special person when purchasing a vehicle but could care less after you sign the paperwork. More
