I was very disappointed that your WIFI was broken. I just moved to Charlotte and this was the first time using your service department. I need the Internet to do my work. SLOW & MISDIAGNOSED Initially misdiagnosed problem. Did I truly need all parts suggested? Additionally, the misdiagnoses left me stranded just several days out of the shop for three days. And all that was needed was a starter. No loaner or other concession offered - even at my request. I constantly had to call to follow up - poor feedback and the process would certainly have taken even longer without my persistent calling. The whole check in and out system here needs revamping. It is very laborious and time consuming. No complimentary car wash and grease on my door panel. Where's the customer service? Additionally, I had to ask for the 1-1 rewards which I fortunately knew about - otherwise they are not volunteered. Bottom Line: I would NEVER buy a car here and likely won't return for service. Two compliments are due: Czaja and Kimberly were excellent when involved. More

Coupon Scam Please honor your coupons that are mailed out. If it was an error, customers should be informed prior to coming to dealership. I was told that the coupon came from Nissan, in the lobby I called the corporation and they informed me that they do not send coupons it was from the dealership. Instead of your employees trying to satisfy a customer they were adamant that it’s not there issue. For that reason, I will never use your dealership again. More
Lack of communication and did not complete services requeste I have purchased multiple cars from East Charlotte Nissan and have had good service in the past but this time was definitely not a good experience. I I have purchased multiple cars from East Charlotte Nissan and have had good service in the past but this time was definitely not a good experience. I dropped my car off with technition at 11:21am and explained I needed my normal oil change service, to check one of the tires for a leak, and a state inspection. I mentioned I was going to walk next door for some food while I waited and confirmed a call number. At 11:59, I received a call from her to let me know the tires were fine but I needed a couple of filters replaced. I agreed and she stated she would call me back to let me know when the car was finished. I finished eating and walked back to the dealership where I waited until 2:30pm when I texted her back a the number that was sent that I wanted an ETA on completion. I never received a response. Finally at 3:42 I went back to the service center to complain and she said the car was already done and she was waiting on me to notify her I was there. According to the paper work, my car was completed by approximately 12:43pm. SO I basically waited for 4 hours and 20 minutes for something that apparently only took an hour and a half. The difference between happy and dissatisfied was a simple lack of communication. Now, after I leave I try to renew my registration and find out that the Inspection wasn't in the system. I called Kimberly to ask that it be loaded and was told that there was never an State Inspection done but only a multi-point inspection but she would be happy to work me in the next day. Again, a lack of effective listening and communication turned what should have been a great experience into a day full of frustration and disappointment. I'm sure the service dept is busy and there are a lot of things going on at once but please slow down and listen to your clients and please error on the side of "over-communication" vs just assuming they will do all the work for you. I will definitely consider taking my business elsewhere next time. More

My older Altima had been serviced regularly by the dealership and I was surprised when the engine began to stall occasionally. I brought it in for repairs, including a major tuneup, which were quite expensive. The car continued to suffer the same problems and I brought it back. To their credit, they didn't charge me anymore. They did keep it for a week to try to identify the problem. By process of elimination, but not direct diagnosis, they told me they would need to replace the distributor for another $700. I thought to myself it is not worth it since the car still runs, for now, that perhaps this was the original problem and that they should have offered to credit me the cost of the first repair, but they did not. Since the service center had encouraged me to keep the old car serviced regularly, saying they don't make them like this anymore, I am not so likely to want to buy a new Nissan based on this experience, and not very likely to bring this car back for repairs unless truly needed. More
I wish there was a way to fix my transmission for free. :) I thought I had a 100,000 mile warranty, but I don’t. I have just under 90,000 miles on my car. I’m going to take my car back for service on a transmission problem. I’ve never had transmission problems period and I’ve bought 3-4 other cars from East Independence Nissan.
