Will never use them again! First and foremost. Their deals look good online but beware. They tack on around 3,000 in fees. Everyone was super nice except the sales manager. First and foremost. He is very aggressive, talks over you, and it seems all he wants to do is argue. Got the vehicle home and there was a part messed up on it. So I called them willing to pay for the part, because it was my fault, I left there with it. They said the part was 80 some dollars and they'd put it on free. Well I had already done my homework on the part. Nissan list msrp for the part was 60 some dollars. This place is a rip of. Also they show the vehicle we wanted to look (good deal) at as being there online. We get there and it was sold, no problem right. 2 weeks later it still shows to be there. I feel as this is an attempt to pull people in. Really it's just a lie, because I me it a point to let them know it was the one we were looking for and it wasn't there. Another thing, we got home and the carfax and certified checklist was from a different vehicle. I don't think it was intentional. But, I'm never going back. They did send me a check for $50 after I pointed out I could get the part elsewhere for 40 some dollars. Don't tell them what you want your payment to be either. I did and they gave me a 4.94 percent interest rate after telling me I could always get 4.7 with Nissan. I didn't argue it, just came home and refinanced with my local credit union at 3.75 percent. FYI, put you with the bank that they get the biggest kickback from. They don't care about you and it's obvious. More

Horrible. I will never buy another Nissan. I have purchased four brand new Nissans over the last three years and the sales experience was great. But that is whe I will never buy another Nissan. I have purchased four brand new Nissans over the last three years and the sales experience was great. But that is where it stops. After they have made money off of you the customer service goes out of the window. My rim cracked, split and completely separated, but I'm being told I must have hit a pothole because the is a debt on the inner lip of the rim and that caused the entire rim to separate. So I asked is it possible the "defective" rim cracked causing the tired to hit the ground bending the rim. Of course not they say because its a reason not to replace the rim for the 2019 I've had for only two months. Todd Smith the service manager is a jerk. I even offered to pay out of pocket for the rim to be sent to Nissan to have them look at it. He said no, I'm not sending them anything. Again, I will never do business with any Nissan dealer again.
