I truly regret visiting this place. I really should've stuck to my guns and waited two more months before purchasing this car. Now I'm stuck with it at far higher payments than I'd like. East Charlotte Nissan Has Improved ! I have purchased 7 cars for family and me since 2007. @ East Charlotte Nissan. I never felt as if they valued me as a customer. All cars I purchased were new..I don’t have enough space nor time to list all the frustrating things they did. Service personnel were frequently rude including the receptionist My car was inspected once and they never sent NCDMV the info causing me to pay a late fee. They never owned up to their rudeness or mistakes. I went in Saturday, October 26, 2019 dreading interaction with them for my 10000 mile check. What a surprise to see the staff so accommodating and polite. I was told there would be an hour wait and it was an hour wait Ron Traver, service advisor, was wonderful and respectful. He even managed to get my email address corrected after I had tried to get it correct since 2013!.I pray this service stays intact for a while. More
Sold a damaged car that they won't fix (despite warranty) UPDATE: Since I left the comment, I was asked to retrieve the car from the mechanic because no one was claiming it. He got around the corner from the house, tried to turn and everything locked up on him. He said all the system lights came on, then went off and he was unable to complete the turn. He hit a curb so hard, barely missing a car that was sitting there waiting to turn, that the now the car won’t move at all. The momentum of the impact turned the car into the position on the pictures. It sat there blocking traffic for about 2 hours. Its been towed to my home. The initial damage to this car has now put my family and the public at risk. ----- Within 30 days, I bought three cars from East Charlotte Nissan. The third one, a 2016 Kia Forte (with less than $5k miles) started exhibiting issues within a week. We returned the car to the dealership for analysis and, I thought, repairs. The service team determine there was bullet lodged in the computer system that was creating the malfunctioning and that this was not covered under the warranty. Fast forward three weeks, my insurance company obtained a report from a diagnostics expert who concluded the damage to the vehicle existed before I bought the car – that I was sold the car with the bullet lodged in it. My calls to Mike Harper, Service Manager, have gone unanswered. The response from Moe Asmar, GM, was, “That’s not true.” He referenced multiple gun shot holes, when there is only one. No one from East Charlotte Nissan has asked to review the report or pictures that are “not true” – they just simply are not dealing with this. The car is under warranty, but they are not accepting responsibility and so it is just sitting. I asked Moe what is my recourse as a consumer and he replied, “It’s your word against ours.” So, this is “my word”. More

Will never use them again! First and foremost. Their deals look good online but beware. They tack on around 3,000 in fees. Everyone was super nice except the sales manager. First and foremost. He is very aggressive, talks over you, and it seems all he wants to do is argue. Got the vehicle home and there was a part messed up on it. So I called them willing to pay for the part, because it was my fault, I left there with it. They said the part was 80 some dollars and they'd put it on free. Well I had already done my homework on the part. Nissan list msrp for the part was 60 some dollars. This place is a rip of. Also they show the vehicle we wanted to look (good deal) at as being there online. We get there and it was sold, no problem right. 2 weeks later it still shows to be there. I feel as this is an attempt to pull people in. Really it's just a lie, because I me it a point to let them know it was the one we were looking for and it wasn't there. Another thing, we got home and the carfax and certified checklist was from a different vehicle. I don't think it was intentional. But, I'm never going back. They did send me a check for $50 after I pointed out I could get the part elsewhere for 40 some dollars. Don't tell them what you want your payment to be either. I did and they gave me a 4.94 percent interest rate after telling me I could always get 4.7 with Nissan. I didn't argue it, just came home and refinanced with my local credit union at 3.75 percent. FYI, put you with the bank that they get the biggest kickback from. They don't care about you and it's obvious. More
