We just had a great deal of work done at East Charlotte Nissan. My service man was Ron Taver and the mechanic was Roy (I believe). I always come to East Charlotte Nissan because that is where I purchased Nissan. My service man was Ron Taver and the mechanic was Roy (I believe). I always come to East Charlotte Nissan because that is where I purchased my car. I try to always work with Ron Taver even though I am sure the other service people are really good. Ron has always been fair with me, I feel so I feel comfortable with him. Roy worked diligently and was able to get my car back to my in a timely manner. Thanks for all you do.,! More

These people purposely deceived me regarding the extended warranty. Very high pressure sales from the finance department. I was told I would receive a full refund if I didn't use the warranty.
