I was dreading car shopping for the obvious reasons. I ended up having such a great experience at East Bay BMW that I drove all the way back up from the South Bay to lease the car a week later. Calvin was great, and he didn't give me the hard sell that I was anxiously anticipating. Instead, he took me for a test drive, gave me some info and let me go on my way. He followed up with a text message and that was it. When I went back to pick up my new BMW, everything was quick and seamless. His manager Mike and the finance dept guy (forgot his name) were also really great. I definitely recommend East Bay BMW. Thanks guys! More
