I think this dealership is excellent for both sales and service. I bought my 2016 228i here about 10 years ago (and was a very good sales experience). Since then, I have made it a point to bring the car here for any maintenance required (even though its a 40 mile drive for me). The service is always high quality, and estimates and when it will be ready are pretty accurate. They also make every effort to notify you if there is anything unexpected. And additional credit goes to Ruiquan Li who was my service advisor, who even lined me up with a new loaner at the last minute, when it turned out the work was going to last a couple days due to parts not being available immediately.
