After having such a wonderful experience buying my car I decided I would actually take some time to let everyone know how easy Earth Motor Cars made my transaction. I hardly ever take the time to post a review like this, but honestly, I can’t say enough good things about them. I had found 3 cars in my area that met my requirements. After visiting the first place, I quickly found what to look out for. I had seen what appeared to be a beautiful car but after digging deeper realized the car had some major issues. As such, I moved on to my second option which was Earth Motor Cars. To my dismay, the car I had come to see had no longer been available; however, for my salesperson, Jason Martinez, this was not a problem. Earth Motors has such a vast array of great condition, late model cars it makes finding alternatives simple. In fact, they had another vehicle which was virtually identical to my requested car with less miles and for a better price. Next we went for a test drive. I’m always nervous when dealers want me to take their test drive path as it typically results in a very smooth road with very few real world scenarios. I told Jason about some of my driving requirements and he took me down a path that went over a bumpy road, a smooth road and a long stretch where I could get an excellent impression of the acceleration and handling. After this it was a no brainer that I had found my car, it was just a matter of finalizing the price. I’m not a blood sucker when it comes to negotiating, but I will never accept a deal where I’m not satisfied with what it will cost me. Jason and his boss Jerry made this process to easy. In fact, our negotiation was so friendly and easy, we dealt more discussing our favorite sports teams, the shared city we were all from and general life topics. Regarding the price they made it simple for me to feel very satisfied with the price and included necessary extended warranty which gave me peace of mind. Now for the best part of my experience. Obviously, nothing in life is perfect and a problem did arise when I returned the next day to pick up the car. At first, I was a little nervous that I may have been treated as a one-time customer where this group simply wanted to sell me this car and then never see me again. However, I sat down with Jason and Andrew Przytulski, the general manager, and after discussing the issue they offered me exactly what I wanted. Not only did they take care of my issue in full, but more importantly they also showed me that they are not just looking for a quick sale, but rather a long term customer. As such, they provided me with equal if not better service than if I had purchased my vehicle from a dealership like Sewell Lexus. They’ve earned my respect and when I’m ready for my next vehicle in two or three years they will get my business again. To conclude it should be obvious, I never bothered with the third car I was interested in and am very happy that I found this group of great guys. More
